Hi there,
I’m having a bit of a problem with the navigation bar on the mobile version of the site (iOS) – it seems to obscure the content at the top of the page (header / paragraph) as the content isn’t starting after the header. Is there a way to force the content on the mobile view to start below the header?

You are using an old version of our theme, the latest version for the moment is (1.5), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

I don’t know if you have modified anything or what but the wrapper div is being modified (maybe by any plugin) fortunately there is a quick fix.

Alas – that didn’t seem to work. I put the code in the Custom CSS (in the sidebar) and then tried the responsive section as well – no luck. I haven’t really modified the site either. Sorry to keep going back and forth on this. Any other options to try?

Hi I like your design a lot. After viewing a set of images on a portfolio page I can see a four dark square logo to represent ‘back to the main portfolio page’. Is it possible to change that logo to ‘return’ or ‘back’ or a ‘X’ for the less savvy clients I have? I know what the logo means but some may struggle. I know a lot of impatient picture editors who just like to see the ‘back’ button or an ‘X’ so they can choose a photographer etc while seeing 20 websites without learning new designs. Really like the setup, nice and clean

Hi Ylli I’ve purchased, worked on a design today, Almost there. Can you make the thumbnail sizes on the portfolio page to match the size on the home page? Im using 16:9 format for films. They first appear as square on the portfolio page.
Also, can i change how images are presented in a slideshow on the zig zag page design? It looks like the width of the images are used as a position reference, could i chose height to keep the portrait shaped images from going to big?

Hi Ylli I have another question, when having images in the ‘columned’ portfolio page design, if i select layout type ‘centre content layout’ it only centres the text and not the photo’s. If i chose 3/4 size images they still go to the left. the 3/4 size is really handy to keep the sharpness on 900×1200 portrait images. is their any way to have all content be centred on the page? Im using 1/2 and full at the moment

Hi, I was having problems with this theme, in particular the auto type function disappearing from the pages as soon as I have saved and go to preview the page. It would still show in the visual composer that it is saved to the page but then will not show up on the live site. I have just done the latest update to try and fix this issue and now the whole site will not show up with any of the content I have built in Visual Composer. All pages and content is still intact in the Wordpress admin area but nothing appears on the website. My website is currently at: http://dbugtest.cluster.dbtechnologies.com.au/

Thanks Ylli – the visual composer plugin was out of date but have now fixed this. We are still having issues with the Auto Type feature. We want this to appear the same on every page (at the top) but when copying the same settings onto new pages, it errors (particular when trying to using line breaks to break the sentences over 3 lines. (Testimonials page is where I’m referring too)

It seems strange, just try adding it from the beginning and not copying it, it may have something to do with the codes not being copied in the right way.

I would like to know how to get the same set up as in this dema page : http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/main/ (a big slider followed by portfolio items).
BTW I created the rev slider already and tried in insert it on my page (which is under the portfolio template) and the page shows the actual shortcode and not the slider.
But it works with the defauts template. However I need the get the portfolio underneath.

Hi, great theme, but having some issues with the masonry display.
1. I cannot get the masonry portfolio to display correctly. upon inspection, many of my images are getting set to “height:0;” in the “thumb” class and not sure why. Could you please take a look at my site and fill me in on why it might be displaying like this? www.alexrekas.com
Even with the sample content, it still wasn’t displaying correctly and wonder if I had a bad install or something.
I am looking to use this style from your examples: http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/main/masonry-portfolio/ I was able to understand how that could be made with the visual composer, but since I cannot get to the page mentioned below, I am unable to edit anything.
2. How did the page www.alexrekas.com/portfolio page get created? I do not have that in my WP Admin area of “pages” and cannot edit it. I created a page called “work”, but my portfolio settings don’t seem to be applied to it for whatever reason.

1. You could’ve done this by simply importing the demo content of our theme and then just modify it by your needs, that would be more easy for you.
2. Have you set the page template to Portfolio if you want it to get the portfolio page attributes.

Hi,
I am having trouble with blog page showing blurry images… I have uploaded full size images and they appear sharp on every page except the blog (archive) page where they are very blurry (i am on retina iMac). If I disable the ‘lazy loading for thumbnails’ they appear much better but then the single post image disappears.
Also, I appear to be getting a double lightbox on woo commerce product pages when I click the image (i would prefer the default lightbox effect of woo commerce with the whit border around the image)
Could you help please because the them is perfect apart form that.

I’m having an issue where the header on my blog page doesn’t show up. Or perhaps it does show up but is white instead of black even though I have it set to be black on both the posts page and default theme setting. Every other page works as expected.

I have the same problem as VIS1BLE.
Since the last update, I can’t build a query for the portfolio items on pages. It only shows the latest 10 from all categories.
You can see that my category pages bear the same pics as my home page. (it’s not supposed to)
other than that, everything else is cool as usual !

I’m not seeing Kalium tab within the Toolkit to make updates as per the instructions. Username and API are ok and have an older version. Do I need to create a new API or do I have an error with my install?

is it possible to change the permalink structure?
We would like to have the blog posts in the ”/blog/articlename” style. At the moment it is only ”/articlename”.
After changing the standard WP permalink structure to “blog/ postname /” the portfolio shows the heading twice (see http://stilbox-studios.com/portfolio/) and all the portfolio entries also get the ”/blog” url (see http://stilbox-studios.com/blog/portfolio/logotypes-marken-brand-identities/).
In another project we solved the second issue by adding
'rewrite' => array(
'slug' => 'press-articles',
'with_front' => false
)
to the register_post_type function.
