The theme is not on our server, it’s on Envato’s server. So probably, there are some restrictions to download the site, etc. Please, check your internet connection first. And contact the Envato Team in case you still have such problems.

It will be better for you to get in touch with envato support because providing any mirrors from authors is agains envato rules and you will not get any license in this case. You can use the Classic mode of the Visual Composer to add the code to Revslider. Create the content that you want to place on the slider on a single page > select Classic mode> copy the content > place it to the text layer of the slider.

Hi, just bought your theme, it’s very good looking, I wanted to use the sixteenth or seventeenth demos, I imported them successfully.
But it’s still a little too complicated to use for me, and that visual composer is really not helping me, but I kinda managed to edit with text by searching for the text I wanted to edit in the demo and editing there. Good enough for me since I’ll just have to do it once, but it really could be simpler by separating them in different pages or something, but anyways, that’s not the case and it’s ok, theme works and that’s what matters.
So, anyways, I have a few questions.
1. How do I add a title to the other side of the screens? I want content on one side and a title on the other. Sort of like they have here in the about us, clients and services pages: http://kodesolution.com/demo/creative/escope/html/escope-html/hot-multiscroll-slider.html
2. Is there any way to have menu scroll inside that page? Or atleast to show tab title next to the tabs on the right and then remove the menu?
3. 1. That’s not a problem at all. Please try to use Heading module in left side slide 1 and content modules in right side 1 slide and content modules in left side two slide with Heading module in right side 2 slide etc. Please check Elements -> Interactive elements -> Side-by-Side-Module section of our theme documentation, it might help. Please let us know if you need any assistance from us and we’ll help you with its customization.
2. Could you please give us more details on this question? Please mail us these details to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com if possible. The links to examples or printscreens could help a lot. We’ll check these details and do our best to help you with your site customization,
3. This issue sometimes happens on some servers. It might be caused by not enough permission for theme files to put content to uploads folder or anything else. Please check this article, it might help. Please let us know if you need our assistance with it and we’ll solve it for you.

The Side by Side module works that way on responsive mode – the left side container displays first, and then goes the right side one. We’ve customized it that way after the clients’ requests.
We can also disable the responsiveness of the module custom for you, so that the vertical sliding effect will stay on small screen devices. Please, mail us to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com and we’ll provide you with the file and short instructions.

The only thing that is possible on responsive mode is not to disable side-by-side effect on mobiles just like in example you provided in your first comment and like most of the developers normally do. That’s actually the way like it works and the only way to keep all other elements work correctly.

Thank you, that would work for me, is there an easy way to disable it through options panel or something, or should I just send support message with admin access? I think there should be an easy way, since if it’s by modifying the theme, then the change will be reverted on next theme update wouldn’t it? Anyways, it would be a nice feature for a next update if you don’t have it yet.
I’ll revert to sixteenth demo and send an email with admin access just in case anyways.
There are two things we can do to solve it for you: we can mail you file with short instructions where to place it via ftp or we can do that for you but we’ll need your ftp access details in that case. This feature will be added as an option in next update for sure.

You can set the logo size in Theme options > Header options > Header logo width/height to make it not so blurred.
Regarding the retina logo, please, check whether it’s selected in Theme options > Logo section. Also, contact your hoster and make sure if the allow_url_fopen is enabled. The retina logo can be not displayed in case the function is disabled.

Hi I sent the info thanks for the help. It seems when the browser is large it uses the light logo/style and when the browser is scaled down it uses the dark logo. Its also weird I reset all the theme settings and its still pulling my old logo instead of the ronneby one.
Thanks, we’ll check your email asap. As for the logo, theme enables logo for mobile devices as the main logo on tablets and mobiles if it’s enabled and dark logo if it is not. The default Ronneby logo is used if none of the were customized. We’ll check your site and let you know what was wrong in the same email.

Hi. I am really interested in purchasing your theme. It looks like it is exactly what I need and has so many options. I am, however, having a problem with the demo on mobile. The menu is loaded in the last turn on the layout and you won’t be able to access it till the page is not completely displayed. Please, wait till all the content is loaded and try to click the menu button. It has to work fine.

Unfortunately, not all modules of the theme are supported by the frontend editor, so we’ve disabled it. We’ve added it to our to-do list and will work on its’t implementation. Will add it in one of the next theme updates.

I know this might sound crazy but do you have any idea of how long out this might be. I am having an extremely difficult time making things look right on tablets and smaller tablets
We’re not pretty sure about the time limits. There’s a lot to do and to test everything to make the frontend editor adjust the theme properly. As we’ve mentioned previously, we’re going to add it to one of the theme updates.

We can recommend you to adjust the Spacers for mobile and tab devices. Also, you can check the Column settings > Responsive options tab and set the width and responsiveness of the column on mobile devices.

You can import any layouts you want (all of them or a couple). Te content won’t be overwritten, as fat as new pages will be created for every new layout. However, the options (colors, fonts, footer) can vary for the layouts and they can look a bit different from the demo after installation.

Is there anyway to choose the alignment for the image thumbnail images in each portfolio. It seems that the theme is setup to align the thumbnail images from the centre centre however for a number of the photos I am using I need to align from the top centre. Is there a way to over ride the manual crop and set the alignment for each of the thumbnail images?

As you can see all of the photos are aligned on center center. For a bunch of the photos this causes the pictures to be cut off. Ideally I would like to be able to choose the alignment for each thumbnail photo (i.e. Top Center, Bottom Center, etc).
Also – what is the ideal image size and resolution for this theme. Some of the photos I have uploaded are being stretched and skewed.
Thank you for the clarification. We can give you some instructions on how to disable the cropping on portfolio gallery. Please, edit the file /wp-content/themes/ronneby/templates/portfolio/folio-media.php and replace the line 126 with the following code:

We’ll add an option to set on/off cropping of the portfolio to the next theme update.
As for the Stunning header, the image size depends on the screen sizes. We use 1920 px wide images on the demo.

And what size images do you use for portfolio images using the “big images” portfolio layout?
We actually have cropped images at the moment, the size is 1280×900. The instructions we gave you before will disable cropping.
