is there an option to disable the sticky header for each post ??

Hello!
Sticky header height is auto calculated through javascript. But you can also use the non shrinking option, which leaves the sticky header same height as your normal header, thuse you can plan for it when setting up the default header.

also, is it possible to add a border to the sticky header, because with a white background and a white header it doesn’t really show. thanks

Yes you can use the non-shrinking option in theme options sticky header tab. It will just remove the animation so the header height is the same as it is before the sticky kicks in.
Hmm for the border there is not an option, but it does show a bottom shadow to differentiate between the two. However you should be able to add this with some custom css.

I am having problems with scrolling up and down on my site on certain browsers. I have the Avada App theme and on certain computers and certain browsers (happens intermittently), especially IE, the menu tabs that are highlighted will flicker back and forth. So if Im going from the home page to the Intro page the highlighted tabs will flicker back and forth between the two and it looks terrible. Second problem I am having is with the Avada App theme on mobile devices. I am not able to view the top home page of the website on mobile devices; such as iPhone 6. It looks very crunched and smashed together causing the user to barely be able to see the page. Please test this and advise on how to fix, thank you!

Hmm you must be on a much older version of Avada. As long as you are on our latest 3.8.6 there are only a few, and the good news is they are only messages, they do not affect functionality. Background images aren’t working in the newest version on chrome, they don’t load unless you select the element first… tested on firefox and it’s working, and a fresh version of chrome on a different computer and it still doesn’t, I’m about to move to another theme due to this issue… please help.

Can you please submit a ticket for us so we can check this out? It is working on our end, I’ve checked all our demos and in the latest version of Chrome.
Is this for full width container background image, try to use a direction for full width backgrounds like UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHt.
Either way we are not seeing this on our end and would need to see your site and login info to investigate. But don’t worry, it has to be something minor and our team can definitely offer you a solution.

First and foremost thank you for creating such a great theme. We are on our 32nd license and will continue to procure more for future projects. We did have a question after using enfold for a recent project. Is there any way to introduce hotspots over an image as is possible in their version of the Fusion Page Builder. If not are there any plugins you would recommend to accomplish this?

Currently we do not have a hot spot feature, however it is on our list to add our own unique version in the future. I’ve not seen a plugin that does this for images, usually it is only for maps: https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=image+hotspot+plugin&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
I’ll ask our team members though to see if there is one, I’ll post back if I find one.
In addition, I’ll mark this feature as a priority to get it in the theme faster for you

Hey there, can I set all testimonial custom images to “round” in Theme Options? The page build suggests that I can, but I can’t find the option in Theme Options.
“Border Radius Choose the radius of the testimonial image. In pixels (px), ex: 1px, or “round”. Leave blank for theme option selection.”

Hello Malte!
The blog images are set to specific sizes so they look consistent on the page. This happens with the main blog page or archive pages. The full size image will show on the single post page though.
What you can do is edit each post and look for the “featured image size” option, enter “auto” in width and height so it shows the original image size in all areas.

Hey guys, couple of pre-purchase questions for you..
1> with the portfolio, can I select how many items display initially? I presume I can.
2> Can I randomize the order in which these display? i.e. if I dont want to load the same articles in the same order every time?
3> With the widget sidebars on the potrfolio page- am I limited to a 2 column one, or can I get a sidebar in there with a three column one?

To answer your questions:
1 – Yes, this can be set via the Theme Options panel or Recent Works shortcode
2 – There is currently no setting for that, you will need to implement a custom solution or use a plugin
3 – Regardless of whether you have one sidebar left/right or dual sidebars, you can use any portfolio template. If you choose a six column with dual sidebars, the page will display all 6 columns etc
