Hey, thanks for the great theme. I’m not sure if this falls under customization services but I’d like to know how I can change the height of the sticky header. I can’t seem to find the CSS which controls this.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme Sticky header changes it’s size according to your sticky logo size and sticky header line height. It’s very easy to do. Just go to “Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings”. There you will see “Header Sticky Line Height” and “Logo Sticky Line Height”. Enter the values you want and that’s it!

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme Save will save on an existing template. I think you are trying to use Add New which adds a new template. You can find more information about templates in this help video ;

That video is specially made for our demo by our graphic designer with Cinema4D. It uses some special techniques for that effect. So it’s not possible to change the name to something else without making it from the scratch.

Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme We use RTL Tester plugin to for RTL. However, we don’t have any member who can read/write RTL language. So I can not say Azoom is fully RTL compatible.
I’ve tried to embed this font. Instead of using @import adding the direct embed seem to work. And yes, you can use different fonts on different sites under multi site. However, for each site under multi site, you will need another Regular License.

Hi again. I sent an email via your user contact form but maybe you didn’t receive it.
I see in the Rock Page Builder that there’s a button to add the content to the Text Editor, but I can’t seem to do it the other way.
I want to move several blocks to a completely different page but when I copy all the raw code from the text editor and paste it into a new page and switch to the page builder, I don’t see anything in the Page Builder. Why doesn’t it load? Can you help?

We are using Templates for migrating a layout to another page. You can build your layout and save it as RPB (Rock Page Builder) template. You don’t need to copy paste the layout. Just save it then load it on the page you want to use.

Hi, It seems that links inside buttons or iconic texts doesn’t work. The input box to put the link doesn’t appear on page builder, and if you set the link in text mode in wordpress the link still not working. I think that it’s a programming problem of the component.
I can’t send any link example because we are developing in local machines. If u want, I can send some screenshots of the problem if something it isn’t clear.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme It uses regular WordPress blog read more system. For example edit a blog post and while you are editing it, click on “Insert Read More Tag” button on the text editor. It will add a read more divider. And blog roll will display content above above the divider

1/ When I add new Special Grid, in it’s settings are not Special Width Details and Background Color. Begins with Avoid Sidebar. 2/ When I close Rock Builder – the code in Visual and Text Editor are different, I mean the position of blocks are in different queue, also, there’re elements? which I delete some time ago.

I guess that is where your issue is You don’t need to use codes or shortcodes or WordPress Text Editor. Rock Page Builder is a fully visual editor. Let me try to answer your questions this way ;
1 – Background details, Parallax Details and other details will be automatically enabled when you select an area in “Avoid Sidebar”. For example, if you choose “Insert Content Before Header”, it will enable advanced details automatically. And it will insert your content above the header area. If you choose “Insert Content Before Sidebar”, it will insert your content before the sidebar area.
2 – RPB (Rock Page Builder) does not use it. Which means, you don’t need to look/edit shortcodes and codes. Just use our RPB and save with our green “Save” button. When you save your content in RPB, it will automatically update the codes and shortcodes in WordPress’s textarea. This changes can be seen when you refresh that page. But like I said, you don’t need to work with those codes and shortcodes. Just use our visual drag and drop RPB.

No You don’t need to enter into codes for that. Special Grids have a feature to add/remove spacing. Just edit the special grid. There you will see a feature named “Activate Vertical Padding”. Disable it and it will remove that spacing
Also, that white space is just another special grid on your site. You can delete that special grid and it’s empty contents. It seems like there are some elements like vertical space in that special grid. Just enable RPB and remove the special grid (and elements inside of it), above your contact details

But let’s handle it faster. Can you email me your WordPress login details? That way I can show you how to remove that spacing. I’ve also saw you have removed that spacing above the contact. But I guess you either moved it or have another empty grids too. If you can email me details, I can do them with a few clicks.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme and your nice comment It seems like you haven’t added the retina version of your logo. You should see the Retina field for your logo under the logo area. If you add it too, then you should see your sticky logo works normally

I like the Theme! And I have used your Demo. On desktop PC everything is OK. But on pad something wrong (may be me?) On Asus transformer book T100TA (Windows 8.1 32bit) as PAD I can’t use item submenu. Like Home/Pages/FAQ…. I see submenu but I can not touch item submenu. It is dissapear very quickly

4 – We have included Revolution Slider with the Azoom. But we don’t have any demos with Revolution Slider. It’s a well known slider so we wanted to add it as a bonus. We use Curvy Slider V2 in our demos.

You can disable the the cart in our Theme Options. Also, I’ve just checked this plugin. It seems to work on default WooCommerce archvies and pages. However, our Advanced Portfolio will display “Add To Cart” if you are using WooCommerce Products for your posts. For example in our demo we use our Advanced Portfolio for shop masonry/wall mode. And those will display “Add To Cart”. However, the default shop can disable “Add To Cart” with that plugin.

I check your presentation and look into your demo, seem everything what I need already have except one. I would like to know, do you have any plan to put comparison table into your theme? Thanks for your interest on Azoom Theme We use tables in WooCommerce cart. But we do not have html basic table element in Rock Page Builder.
However, tables can be generated via almost anything. There are even free online tools allow you to generate a table layout. And then you can use this generated table HTML in Azoom. Simply use an online tool (something like this) and copy the HTML, then add it into Rock Page Builder. Thats it!

Like I said, you don’t even need a plugin. You can use some online free tools. Then simply copy the HTML of the table.
HTML Tables are universal elements. Which means, a regular HTML table will be displayed with the same structure. So you just don’t need any external plugin or something. I’ve given that link for example. You don’t need to use it. However, it has a nice visual layout. So you can easily build your HTML table. Then you can simply copy/paste it
