I found the area. I created a short video and uploaded the mp4 and ogv files accordingly and the video section says: “No video with supported format and MIME type found” But that’s not the case. The directory and file types are correct.

if you mean the video under main menu, this is background video of section. To add this video, you must set .mp4 and .ogv background videos.

Yes, this is the option you should choose. You should select right or left sidebar for shop page. Make sure that option was saved because maybe the option won’t be saved and that’s why you do not see the result. Also make sure that you do not have any cache.

Yes Ive done this and its still at the bottom of the page there is something wrong, I have deleted cache and tried on multiple browsers. Even if the side bar was not saved on the page surely it still shouldnt be at the bottom of the page?

wysiwyg included into Visual Editor is the same one as for default wp editor. We did not touched this editor at all so it is completely not related with theme.

to do this, you must play with custom css. Firstly, you must set class name for the columns where you want to add padding and then under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section you must set css for p tag inside columns.

Thanks for your reply. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong … I’ve set the class name as content-padding and entered the following in Custom CSS

    padding-top: 25px;
    padding-right: 50px;
    padding-bottom: 25px;

It doesn’t seem to have made any difference. Any chance you can help me out?

As we see, you did it wrong. Where is the class name for the item? You did not set “content-padding” class name for columns as we see it in the code.

.post-meta .author-date .date .label { display: none !important; }

2. Above css will work for single post pages as well. But to remove tags, please use below css as well:
