Some pre-purchase questions please, as we need to restyle our Publishing House website (also bookstore): 1) Is it possible to have the name of the author of the book before the title on product page? like here http://www.adelphi.it/libro/9788845929861 2) Is it true that we can add as many tabs as we like in the product page and change the name labels (in Italian: we need to add text tabs, such as Abstract, The Author, Press…). 3) Is it possible to change the dimensions of the image product or they are fixed? 4) Is it possible to show price below the description of the product, near the botton “Add to cart”?

Each of your questions relate to the Woocommerce plugin. The Woocommerce plugins is a 3rd party plugin that works perfectly with Avada -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/
1 – Your example not being a Woocommerce relevant example means that to emulate the same layout or changing elements on the page to match the example would require custom changes

I just bought a theme and have a question about support. I have submitted a ticket yesterday but all that I had after doing it is the page asking to expect answer within 24 hours. There was no e-mail confirming that you have received the ticket with my ticket number. There is no on-line incident status tracking system. I am quite surprised that so called Outstanding 5-star support do not have basic support tools and features. Or I have missed something?

First of all thank you for such a great theme, we are on our 30th license and plan on getting even more. I have a quick question, we have a site that we recently built out and desperately need to figure out a way to password protect a gallery page. Because only the page content is protected and the 2, 3, and 4 row gallery page templates pull the content from off-page it is not protected. Is there any way that we can password protect a gallery. The question is actually not site specific. All I am trying to figure out is how can you password protect a standard 2 column portfolio. You will see in the demo that if you do the standard WP password protection on the 2 column portfolio demo page that the password request button shows up, but then it loads the portfolio items anyway under the request to enter a password. I am just trying to figure out how to password protect a 2 column portfolio page. I greatly appreciate your help with this.

If the page is password protected through standard WP options then the images should not be loading until the password is entered and verified.
Can you submit a ticket for us with these details and login info? The isotope script that loads the images may be at fault here, we can check and offer you a solution, and will definitely include it in the next update. But if you can open a ticket for us, we can hopefully get this fixed for you before then. In your ticket, tell them that Luke said to pass it along to Tier 2 for a quick solution.

great looking theme, however i have some questions about some customization i would like to do
1) is it possible to remove the search icon that appears in the header and change it with a simple search bar where you don’t need to click to type your query. ( can i do this through the options or it needs some coding)
2) for the footer is it possible to have only 3 parts ( one for the logo, the second for the legal links, and the third for the social icons) does it require some coding or i can just customize it through the theme options? thank you

The icon could be disabled with one line of CSS. The search would still work through return key click.
Footer can have anything between 1 – 6 columns. You can choose in Theme Options freely.

Yes the wrapping is default HTML behaviour for inline elements. If you need to do this for larger portions of text and especially for larger font sizes, please use block elements like heading tag or divs to create this look without the wrapping issues.

I am interesting in your theme and have a few questions on the one page parallax:
1) Is it possible to have different backgrounds for each “anchor section” on the one page site? 2) Is the one page site pulling in multiple pages to create the look or is it all built on one page? 3) Is it possible to link out to new pages for content (e.g. wedding section on the one page links to a full wedding page, portfolio, etc)? 4) For the sliders you offer is it possible to use the same slider on multiple pages but with different content specific to that page or would the slider content be same content no matter the number of pages used on? 5) Is it possible for a anchor section to display the favorited products from Woocommerce?

1 – Yes that can be done by adding the background image to a fullwidth container shortcode, here is an example -> http://theme-fusion.com/avada/architecture
2 – For the one page set up, all of the content is contained with that page
3 – Yes, that is pretty standard. You can do that via the menu, an HTML page link or even the Avada button shortcode
4 – You can choose to have as many individual slider as you would like and thereby will be able to assign a unique slider to each and every page if you wish

Hi, first of all love the theme!
Two simple questions:
1. Is there a possiblity to trigger the avada tooltip with, for example the page loading or with some script, not only via click, hover etc… Its very important cause I want to use your tooltip for my php form, so when user has to enter the pasword in form input he sees the tooltip that explains what kind of password he needs to enter.
2. All my custom CSS I placed in style.css in avada child theme, but when I view page source in any page of my site I see a big junk of CSS code in style tag in the header of the page, and its not my CSS, its avada’s.
Please tell me what kind of CSS is that and how can we extract it from header style tag and insert it in separate css file.
It is slowing down the page loading.

Im trying to translate some parts of the woocommerce pages,
On one of the products. the first words i tried to translate was = color & choose an option. To select a color option of a product..
Both of these two did not translate through WPML.
i could not even find = Choose an option.

Is there any way to disable the hover animation on image frames for mobile devices? I’ve tried in theme options > Advanced > Disable CSS Animations on Mobiles Only, but my hover effects are still coming through. I’m guessing this option is for the animations that move elements around the screen when you scroll etc. rather than for that hove effect. The effect I have selected is ‘Zoom In’ and it sort of works on iPad, although when the image zooms in, part of the border disappears.

At the moment, you cannot disable it on mobile devices. The hover animations mostly interact on the hover event which is click event on mobile devices.
