You can setup a megamenu and use recents posts shortcode within the megamenu using Avada to achieve something similar. Some of what you want might require customization.

Is it possible to make the sections on the default full-width homepage (in your live demo) collapsible? Meaning instead of scrolling the entire page through sections, they each appear as collapsed banners/rows than expand when clicked?
The full page scroll is what I need for this project, but it is too busy by default. The information has to be presented as simply as possible in a Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 manner. I don’t want any Step 1 material on screen when Step 2 is open, but I want them all on the same page for speed of navigation.

Não funcionou, coloquei outras linguagens e mesmo assim não deu certo, isso aconteceu na hora que registrei o produto.
No meu servidor local está traduzido, mas na web a tradução não funciona pra nenhuma linguagem.
Já resolvei Tinha que renomear com letras maiúsculas: Certo >> Avada- Errado >> avada-

Hello! One question bothers me! Why Lightbox opens the images only in single post, on regular page not working?
The lightbox can work on regular images as well, but you need to specify the lightbox either in the rel= tag if its a regular image inserted through media, or use our image frame shortcode and choose the lightbox option there.

The first thing I’d recommend to check is any 3rd party plugins you are using, one of them may have an issue.

Hi, I turned off all plugins as you suggested but nothing, the problem remains. I opened a ticket assistance but still have not received neither reply nor solution. What should I do? Rightly, the customer needs a response. It will be the tenth Avada Common use that is not the first. Honestly I am a bit ‘disappointed and confused. You do know something please? It is a problem only mine or you have encountered the same problem on other sites? Thank you.

I have a pre sale question…and new to word press..sorry for my questions.
1) This is a basically a theme which we can customize in wordpress right.
2) Admin section : Admin entry will be the same for me and my client or it has some super admin feature. (or client will have different entry point to update his texts)
3) Can Client add new pages themselves.
4) Any Dynamic RSS Feed Management System available
5) Dynamic Menu Management System (java scripting based)
6) Photo Gallery Management (category based)
7) Movie Generator (In site and pull from remote location)

1. Yes it is a WP theme and you must use WP to install and use it.
2. This will depend on how you setup each user account. You will want to be admin and then you can choose what role you give your client.
3. Yes if you allow them to.
4. There is not a built in feature for that, however there are dozens of free plugins you could use to achieve that.
5. WordPress has menu management system, and we have added options for our Avada menus.
6. We would recommend a plugin for this, there are many out there to choose from. NextGen, Envira, and more.
7. I’m not sure about this one, you can upload and display movies in WP but WP cannot generate a movie. that would be normal computer software that you need to do that.

Hello great them as always, but I have come across an issue with the portfolio… When hitting ‘All’ only the specified number of posts are loading, but then when you click another category in the filer, it’s only loading the images that were previously loaded in the ‘All’ category (even thought the new category has more posts to show). This seems like a real problem, any way to fix this? Thanks!

Hello, great Theme! Your 3.8.6 update mentions the new revolution slider plugin version… but after I updated the theme I notice the Revolution Slider Version is 4.6.93, not the new version of 5.0. Are you updating the Revolution version to 5.0 soon? Thank you.

Hello. Can I ask some things about this theme? 1. In this blog slideshow type post http://theme-fusion.com/avada/praesent-et-urna-turpis-sadips/ can one of the images in the slideshow be actually a video from youtube? 2. And another question is, which are the 33 languages you speak of? Do you have the theme in Bulgarian? 3. And is there another way to add something like a gallery to every post (not site gallery, but a post gallery) other than slideshow post. Thanks.

1 – Yes that can be done by adding the YouTube embed code to the appropriate field in the post using the in-post Fusion Option -> Post >> Video Embed Code

4 – This question is not 100% clear, but going by what you are asking, you can add the default WP gallery shortcode or the Avada post slider using ‘attachment layout’ as the set option to the content of the post. This will not replace the posts featured image at the head of the post

I didn’t even know WP had default gallery, thanks, now I see it. Another question, does Avada has custom login, register, forgotten password pages? I don’t see them in the demo.

By the way, if you’re using woocommerce, it already comes with it.

Your theme has two outdated files for WooCommerce:
Avada/woocommerce/content-product.php 1.6.4 (old). Present version is 2.4.0, Avada/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php 2.3.0 (old). Present version is 2.4.0
Could you please fix these asap? Variations are not working at all for now after updating to WooCommerce 2.4.4.

Question re Lifestyle demo: when i click one of the ‘categories’ from the post sidebar, it takes me to a page with those posts. is this page customizable as it looks a little plain. Sidebar, header etc..

I work at a web agency that normally doesn’t develop WordPress sites but a customer has specifically asked for this.
1. Is Avada used by any large companies or is it mostly for small business?
2. I really like the concept of us finding a “partner” that specialize/support/develop a multipurpose theme that we can use for customers that prefer WordPress. Do you work with a lot of other web agencies like this?

2. A lot of our customers are repeat buyers and use our theme exclusively for all their clients.
3. Nope, these are just examples. Any plugin should be compatible with Avada.
4. Yes, you can use the theme updater that comes with the theme but we recommend everyone to read the changelog and update notes before updating.

Thanks, but I solved it by using the following plugins Multisite Language Switcher + MslsMenu. They work very well.
Basically it allows you to create a network of network and each site has its own theme, plugins, blog … in all its parts.
This gives you the chance in case if one of the two sites must be something wrong, not the other remains intact.
I hope this can help someone that difficulties in creating a multi-language with the theme Avada.
