That is correct. Jupiter does not support menu icons in responsive mobile menu. You are welcomed to ask about this as a feature request by opening up a ticket and setting it’s type to Feature Request.

Please go to appearance > Menus, scroll down to the end of the page and check the Primary Navigation location option. Then save and it will work.

The articleBody property is not recognized by Google for a type WebPage object. How to proceed? I tried to open a ticket but even properly entering the Purchase Item Code error is returned as the code was wrong.

I am running your theme on a Bitnami Wordpress 4.2.4 Multisite local installation on my mac.

I don’t know if this can be related, but I modified the OSX hosts file to point 127.0.0.1 to my domain, for easier future migration to production server.

The issue is that the theme options get saved properly but I do not see any changes on the site.

Do you know why could this be?

Do you have an example of a single pages website? I have been looking at your examples but cant find one.

No it is not possible. Each template is for one single installation and to add another one you should make your installation blank and start over.

I think I like the Jupiter before you updated it. Tried the new Thebe theme and it can’t be changed. e.g. the header can’t be set to transparent. Just one of the issues. Why create such one-way solutions? Just put it back the way it was.

Is there a known issue with the “Preview Changes”? Have been having glitches all day today. Unable to see my changes until saved. Any helpful ideas? (I did clear cache and tried all browsers I have- same issue)

That is the normal process of WordPress. You need to save first then you can preview changes.

Something is wrong with my visual composer included in new purchase of Jupiter theme.

Remove Margin Via Row Column Spacing Setting—not available

It seems that you use 3rd party plugins that took over the normal Visual Composer functionality. First of all please make sure you use our modified version which is version 4.5.3, secondly please check your plugins.

Hi, Is video portfolio embed fully supported for multiple youtube/vimeo embedded videos or is the portfolio better suited to working with static images for example in four column grid, as all my required portfilio items are mostly videos. thanking you

It is better to have a screenshot of the video as image and have the video inside single portfolio posts. Having all videos embedded in one page may cause performance problems.

Hi, if i modify some things in single.php, newspaper.php and any shortcode php file – Is it possible to keep those changes when updating the theme? I am using a child theme but the directory has no php files on it

Hi – I installed WP deferred javascript and now my mobile menu doesn’t work. Maybe that’s because it made from javascript. What is the best option to do now? I need a fast website so javascript has too load in the footer.

Jupiter is not compatible with plugins that will change the sequence of JS loading. Our theme already handles that and also minfying can be set in theme options > advanced > manage theme.
