We get no sound on our video background sliders. We get sound when playing file by itself on computer and on server, but not in slider. Definitely an issue with the slider/rev slider. Please help. Thanks

Hi, I recently purchased the site and uploaded the template WELLNES demo it works fine and looks gorgeous. for some reason I can’t replace the image of the footer bottom with my own image I tried everything in my little knowledge to take it off but always shows on top. this may happen to other users can you please see is you can help me out to unlock it so I can replace it from my dashboard. It is in the custom css, just go in admin > General > Custom Css and remove lines related to ’.footer_bottom’

Hi, I’ve purchased and used this theme for a few clients, and so far it’s been great!
I was recently contacted by someone that needs a fairly dynamic portfolio.
Specifically, we need to have a two tiered filter system. The user will first choose from three main, parent options. From there, they’ll then need the ability to choose from another 5-8 options.
Additionally, I need the ability to customize the details that show up on each portfolio item. For instance, by default, Bridge says, “About this Project”, which I’d need to change. Can that be customized? And, can we have more than one custom field for each portfolio item?
I should note that I attempted to change the “About this Project” headline for a past client using a translation plugin that was previously recommended by your support team, but it didn’t work.

There is option to organize portfolio by pages where each page will match main category and then to form filter on each page from sub-categories of viewing category (page).

So, I’d have to have three pages to allow to then filter for the subcategories? I’d prefer have a landing page for the portfolio. From there, a user selects one of three options, and based on their selection the user is presented with new filtering options.
Can you point me to any examples of the scenario you outlined above?
Also, you didn’t elaborate on whether or not I can have unlimited custom fields for each portfolio item. I will likely need 10-15.

Yes, you will have 3 pages for each main category and each page will have filter based on sub-categories for that main category. You can build landing page and link it to 3 mentioned pages. Unfortunately, we don’t have that example created, as it will look the same as available demo pages, it’s just about what data it uses to create filters and display items.
Yes, you can have unlimited number of portfolio attributes (we call them portfolio options).

@tavolucas So your live site never blows up, make a localhost using XAMPP (Apache). Use THIS to test core wordpress updates, bridge updates and new plugins or their updates. Doing it this way will keep your blood pressure down! Plus, daily database and file backups. IMHO, best wordpress backup: BlogVault. It saved my neck last sunday.

You are probably referring on portfolio list. Unfortunately we don’t have option for 7 cols, but our support could guide you what to change in code in order to achieve this.
