when i try to edit with the visual composer, nothing loads. It tries to load the options but it never finishes. Is there a certain version of visual composer i need to using? it seems that everything is up to date but visual composer keeps freezing. Cflores@jmrei.com please help

Hello, I bought the regular license for the Impreza theme and set it up with my website. Now I would like to buy another Impreza license for a second website but I want to copy the same design and structure from my first website and not set it all up again. What would be the best way to do that? Also: Is there a special offer when you buy the second license for a single website? Thank you.

You can migrate the entire site, using ‘All-in-on-WP-Migration’ plugin, then change your credentials at ‘Theme Options’ > ‘Theme Update’, also you can migrate theme settings only, go to ‘Theme Options’ > ‘Manage Options’ copy data, then place this data into another site, and click ‘Import’ button. Unfortunately, there are no special offers, at the moment.

Hello, thanks for your answer. I have purchased the second license of Impreza yesterday, but but It won’t upload to wordpress. I have tried now many downloads and even different computers, but wordpress always gives me the answer “Please try again, the upload did not work”. My first IMPREZA installation last year on a different wordpress site worked perfectly fine. Please help asap. Thank you!

Hi, I have some questions before buying
(1) is there an option to “design” the recent-posts [picture, Heading, read-on-text?] (in the demo -> Blog -> on the right) and is there an option to select between categories ?
(2) is there a team-section in the backend?
(3) are team-members filterable via categories?

1. At the moment the Impreza theme uses regular WordPress recent post widget, you can use third party plugin as ‘Advanced Recent Posts’ to add such features.
2. There are no team-section, unfortunately, you should add members as ‘Visual Composer’ items.
3. There are no filtering at the moment, but you can add needed members to your pages manually.

Just wanted to ask about Impreza 2… do you know if it will add blog post with images so we can display blogs or pages with thumbnail images on the site. Just wondering as I am deciding weather or not to get another theme. I have had this theme for almost a year and half and this has never been added. Thanks

But my question is will impreza 2 have this function. The one impreza uses now in really limited and I don’t want to keep adding plugins for the site. I already have to add one for testimonials and a few other features. Just want to know if the new one will have that so I can decide to move on to another theme or wait for the new one. You can change post format to image to see featured image on post page. Impreza 2 will provide the same ability. You can customize this look with custom CSS code, we recommend to add separate ticket on our support forum to provide you a possible solution for this.

Ok thanks for answering, the ones on Impreza are seriously limiting and can’t be used for page layouts because they only stack vertically and are big, second they don’t let visual composer handle this because its disabled, third having to add custom css for such a basic function is not really acceptable. After getting Impreza almost two years ago or when it first came out I am going to move on. Seems like this is not important functionality to the developer as I have already posted this in the support forum and they have not responded. Everyone of the top ten on the most popular wordpress page have this option without custom code. I hate to leave the theme but looks like its a must. Thanks

Is there a way to change the 4 column layout on the store page to a 3 column layout? Also, is there anyway to add more information below the product thumbnail. For example on the store/product page, the client wants to add some specifications about the products. Is this possible?

Please ensure that you don’t have some caching plugin enabled, or maybe CDN as Cloudflare, if you have any you should purge the cache, if it won’t help, most probably WordPress can’t save custom CSS file. Please check file permissions for wp-content/uploads/us_custom_css/ folder and css files in it and make it writable for WordPress.

Hi! I purchased the theme – and really like it! However, I noticed that the menu is a little buggy. For example, when I click on a page on the navigation menu, it does not do anything accept go back to the home page. And it only doest not responds to some pages – I have disabled all plugins and it still doesnt work. Any advice? Thanks!

I was about to purchase ‘Astra’ when I noticed you recommend to purchase ‘Impreza’ instead. Now I see ‘Impreza’ is about to be updated to a 2.0 version. My question is – I understand the update for ‘Impreza’ is due to be released in a week or so, but if I purchase the theme now, will I be automatically updated to the new version? Or will it be sold separately?

I have installed the theme, everything works great. The only concern I have is that the Blog post picture does not appear at the top of the actual blog post. It only appears at the blog post excerpt. Is there any chance to make it appear automatically at the full blog post page after you have clicked to read more?
