I just updated to the latest theme and I still see an error message that says – “Your theme (Flatsome Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files”
Hi there, there is no outdated files in latest Flatsome version. Have you or your developer added some files yourself?

Hi, I’m writing on behalf of my team that are having trouble with shortcodes displaying correctly on the site. They have recently updated woo commerce and now all the shortcodes display as text rather than the imagery! How do we fix this? The main shortcodes that we are having issues with are the Banner Grids…ux_banner_grid

After updating to WP 4.3 and updating the theme files, my homepage slider does not expand to display the first slide content. Once I swipe or click to the next slides, they all display full size. It is only an issue loading the first one.
Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

Something is wrong in the theme, but I don’t know how to fix it. When I add products in the cart, I can’t seem to:
- delete them
- click on the buttons in the drop-down cart up in the right corner > nothing happens
What to do? I have tried a different theme, and everyhing works fine then. So, something is wrong here. I haven’t added anything in the css or so. Just installed the theme like you should do.

This theme is awesome, love it for woocommerce. Has anyone noticed a style change of the Product Tabs and the page numbers at the bottom of the catalog page with the latest update? Ours were not looking as nice as the previous version after the update.

Hi, all. I was having a problem displaying featured items. I set up 31 featured items in one category, and am using the 4 column featured items template. I was getting 3 pages of items, but only about 1/2 the items were included, and each of them was repeated at least once. The rest of the items did not display at all in the grid.
I read through other comments in this forum and changed the number of featured items per page to 36 in the Theme Options>Featured Items section. Now, all the items display correctly on one page, which is fine with me.
No response required from support; I wanted to let you know of this issue so you can take a look at it at your leisure.
Everything else is terrific – love your theme!

I mean a global tab for all products like in your theme options, not one a paticular product.
Not sure of any plugins that could do that. Have you tried search google?

How do you get a sidebar to your thank-you page? I tried to add it to the checkout but then before the actual purchase at the checkout it shows too. I just want it to be more goodlooking at the “THANK YOU PAGE”. How?

Yeah. I got the latest version. Set it to 25, tried 10.. Still displaying just a few. Also i have a question regarding variation. Not sure if it’s WC related or the theme, but would be great if it could be fixed.
I have 12 variations. If you want to have product pictures showing (the thumbnails) that works good. You can click example “red” and the red will pop up. BUT, if you click on the thumbnails on the yellow shirt.. Then it breaks. After that, if you click in the list “white” it wont switch photo. A bit messy, let me explain better.
If you add productpictures to the gallery (and not just the variations) and you click on them, it breaks and you canot get it to swtich. Is there any way to get it to display thumbnails in the variation swatches?

Unfortunately I can not try it on other themes as my site is live. Btw, if this isn’t Tommy tell him that he should look into the websites that uses Flatsome on the first page that he has put out. Hi there. We have the same problem that sohoapparel: if we try to put the instagram feed under the ux banner on the front page is always placed on top of the ux banner. Is there any solution? By the way, Flatsome is the best theme ever….
