This option isn’t available within our theme. Almost all js calculations depends on this value, it just can’t be changed with custom CSS.

The problem is that i need the left menu always shown,not hidden.

Hello! It doesn’t appear that that is an option in the Drop Down area. We only have a handful to choose from – and none of them reflect the Layouts shown in the Demo.
An additional question I have is: We have a long list of Blog Posts; how can we ensure all the Blog Posts have a sidebar on them, without going in one by one and adding it?

Okay, slider is called Blog slider, available within by Qode tab within Visual Composer interface. Blog list is created using Blog large image with dividers page template.

You can pick up some minimal design from our demos, don’t worry for the header and menu. After you import that demo, just go in options and change the header to be ‘Vertical’ type and that would be it.

I have a short question: I added a image gallery with “flex slider fade” on a page content. There is a bottom margin set to this image gallery but I dont want a bottom margin there. I have looked at the source and css and found this: .flexslider and .portfolio_slider are set with a bottom margin of 60px. I guess the best option to kill this margin is custom css (.flexslider, .portfolio_slider { margin-bottom: 0; }) Ok, but I want to know the reason for the pre-set bottom margin of 60px? If there is no reason for that, you may consider to change the css for the next upgrade…

It is due to design and predefined space under slider. You can put that custom css if you need it for removing that margin, it will not change anything else.

I am unable to figure out how to push my Title Background image up under the menu area on a Page, like in your examples:

Did you set your header to be transparent? Content will not go under the header unless the header is transparent.

Done here since 1 hour… and it’s 7.6.2. I think i have made a mistake and updated my theme with the same theme (v 7.5) that was already on my computer

Content Menu is menu built from page sections and allows creation of one page web sites. First you need to add few row shortcodes to your home page (each row is menu item in section menu), then you need to edit each row: just click edit row and select Use row for content menu? and fill section Title and Icon if you want. Also you need to set anchor link for each row, so when you click on content menu item page will be scrolled to that specific section. Then add one row shortcode where you want to be your content menu, edit this row and select type content menu and save (which you already did).

Deleted and then reinstalled Visual Composer and it sorted the problem. Not sure what that did to fix it but who cares.

Most likely you got installed older version of VC which doesn’t support grid elements, therefore they aren’t visible in Qode Options as well.

Beautiful theme! Pleasure to work with so far. Having just one issue: is there a way to disable the Qode Slider’s content from fading as the user scrolls down the page? Content and buttons are hard to read as they become faded – definitely want them to stand out even as the user leaves the area. Thanks!
