Hey – it’s in the same dummy data folder that you found the .xml file to import. You can also download the theme again from ThemeForest if you don’t know where it is

Hey, there’s no activation code needed with the Salient Visual Composer, make sure you’re using the one the theme includes and not a raw version you may of had

Do you guys plan to implement a “background color” option for row columns? Having to make background images for columns of rows if a bit of a headache. Having a color picker and a true “color” option in addition to the image option would be a nice addition! Thanks!

Columns should have a BG option by default, it seems only nested columns don’t is that what you’re referring to? Either way i’ve noted to add this into tomorrows release

It’s me again. I’m testing 6.1 in a sandbox right now and I’m having an anchor linking issue. I set up an anchor using the Row ID, but when the page loads it automatically scrolls to the anchor point. I’ve pasted the URL to the page in question below. If you scroll up you will see two morphing outline buttons. If you click on “Other goods” it should scroll to the anchor point. It works but I just don’t want to be automatic on load.
I do have “One Page Scroll Support (Animated Anchor Links)” turned on in my Salient options panel. When it’s turned off it works just fine, but obviously the smooth scrolling is gone. I really want to keep the smooth scrolling effect if I can.
Any thoughts?

1. Since that’s standard functionality, if order to remove it you’d need to delete this line in the init.js file located in the js folder
if($('.nectar-box-roll').length == 0) $(window).load(pageLoadHash); (the line will look different on versions before 6.0)
2. This could be achieved if you activated the “Auto Lightbox Image Links” option in your Salient options panel > general settings tab

I seriously feel like a fool. Every time I have a question, you always point me to the answer that was right in front of my face. Thank you for your genius.
I noticed that the page loads just fine when navigating from other pages like my portfolio or shop. It only has the auto scroll when I refresh after editing the page. In short… there is no issue I just didn’t trouble shoot well enough. No need to delete the code you suggested. Your theme works flawlessly as usual.
And thank you for the tip about using the auto lightbox feature in Salient options panel. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I knew it was possible. You think of everything. All is right with the world

How do I go about input HTML into the site? I see that there is a section for CSS but what about HTML? For example, I am trying to create a MailChimp subscriber pop up and it gives me HTML code to put into the site but I don’t know where to insert it without messing things up.

you can use a regular text block inside of visual composer and then switch into the “text” tab which supports html. The visual one will strip tags though
Hi, I’m trying to style my header menu so that when it’s transparent the menu items have a text-shadow, but when you start to scroll and the menu bar becomes white, the text-shadow disappears. See my site here. So far I have the text-shadow, but I want it to disappear when you start scrolling.

Trying to understand how you achieved the section with the computer on your demo page (http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-one-page/): my intuition tells me that you did this by creating a photo that will take up the full width of the section and then setting it as the BG for the section and then laying the text on top?

Hi, I copied site over to sub domain and stripped it down to streamline a single page but I am getting a blank white page when selecting Salient settings link.
