As to your questions – You can try to connect events with WooCommerce products (in your case it will be tickets), but there’s also a possibility to use plugins for selling tickets. For instance, WooCommerce Tickets add-on might be helpful. Just please note, that we haven’t checked mentioned plugin and bpress and Ultimate Membership Pro plugins compatibility, that’s why can’t ensure it. And as to the Events Pro plugin – it doesn’t include shop functionality, but extended widget options.

I mean it might be a variant to place simple link to an appropriate “product” (ticket) in event description – but just in case there aren’t many events and it won’t be time-consuming.

1. As Leave a Reply section refers to basic WordPress functionality, its design can’t be changed via theme or even general WordPress settings. Appreciate your understanding.

2. Though there are some options that can be altered – you can find avatar settings under Settings – Discussion.

3. For such possibility there’s a need to use external comments systems, we haven’t tested them with the theme, that’s why can’t advise any at the moment.

We don’t have an appropriate chapter in our documentation, so please let em explain how mentioned fields can be used.

For instance, as for the custom CSS fields for elements in Visual Content Composer – you can only use class title (with a dot before it) and so link a separate element with a class you’ve already added to Theme Settings – General – Custom Codes – Custom CSS. That’s how additional classes fields should work – they allow yo to select where exactly to apply custom styles.

Lightbox is integrated in the theme, you can find its settings in Theme Settings – General – Lightbox as shown on the screenshot, so there’s no need to activate the plugin separately.

If you implemented edits in theme files you can always check if these files are rewritten by update. All edited files are listed in Update folder of the main archive – in ReadMe file. So you can upload not the whole update, but only the files, that weren’t changed by you. Surely that’s not the way we recommend to update the theme, but that’s how modifications can be preserved. Please let me know if my explanations are clear and if you’d like to know more about update process.

We don’t have a ready video showing the update process, please let me explain how it’s implemented in more details. To update the theme to the latest version please download the newest archive from Themeforest, find there ReadMe in Update folder and follow the instructions carefully. You’ll need to replace several of the existing files with the new ones from Update folder. It is also highly important that you backup all your previous files before substituting them to avoid possible issues with your data. In case you customized any files, you might need to check if these files are changed in update – for this purpose please open ReadMe in Update folder.

The difference concerns the fact I’m referring to WooCommerce Shop page functionality (when a page is generated by mentioned plugin and doesn’t include any theme shortcodes) and you’re using Products shortcode, which doesn’t include such possibility to add paging. Chosen number of products determines how many products will be shown on a current page at once. For paging I’d advise you to use simple WooCommerce Shop page and the setting from Settings – Reading as advised earlier. Hope it can be a suitable solution for your case.

If you mean the effect that can be observed in fixed header on scroll – it can be changed after some slight changes. Please contact our support agents via a ticket, they will provide you with the required instructions.

In case you’re referring to ordinary logo size – it depends on Header Middle Height value that can be found in Theme Settings – Appearance – Header. Logo size will be changed proportionally to fit that space. When Header Middle Height is changed to larger value, logo takes more space (both in its height and width). We’d advise you to change the height to see how it affects the displaying, for better understanding how it’s supposed to work.

Most likely, you’ve substituted the whole “econature” folder on server with content from Update folder, which contains only some renewed files, not the whole theme. Please try to upload all the files from “econature” folder you can find within the latest theme archive downloaded from Themeforest. Please note, after the archive is unpacked, there will be nested folders like /econature/econature, content from the second one needs to be uploaded to your “econature” on server.

Please make sure your user role is settled to Administrator (roles can be checked in Users section), it should allow to manage plugins installation. As to plugins – they can also be found in your theme archive: /econature/framework/admin/inc/plugins, so you can try to upload them manually via Plugins – Add New – Upload. Hi, thanks, i solved the problem by manually installing the plugins. One last question: i can’t seem to find where to turn off the “leave a reply” function when creating new pages and where to change the banner in the footer. Aside from the server/permission problem (it’s not good to change codes in database…) this is a very nice and practical template. The content builder also works better than visual composer.

If different posts have different height because of various length of information added, there’s no possibility to change the way Post Slider is displayed. That’s the way shortcode adapts to changes in height. We can only advise you to try adding titles of similar length.
