Hello – we have transferred the site to its new hosting. The URL you have is the old one we will be killing once the new site alignment issues is fixed. Please see the links I sent for an example of the problem.

hello, i am trying to add the “featured courses” module in the Home page of my site, reading comments above you said that i must add this line of code to the code of the home page : “[dt_featured_courses course_type=’recent’ carousel=’true’/]”
The problem i have is that when i add that line of code i receive this message text in the place i should see the “featured courses” module. The message i see is the following:
“Nothing Found. Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive.”
I have already installed the Sensei and WooCommerce plugins and both are activated, so i don´t know what is causing this error.

Please check if you have assigned some categories to the courses that you have added. If you have not assigned the categories, please create some categories and assign it to the courses. Still if the courses did not show, please mail your WordPress and FTP Login Credentials through the right bottom form @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes so that we will check the issue.

You can set the sidebar to course details page from Dashboard > Guru > Sensei > Course Details. After that you can add the widgets in “Display Everywhere” widget area.

I would like to see how the actual individual course page looks. I noticed on another comment you stated to go to http://wedesignthemes.com/themes/dt-guru/my-courses/ but it doesnt allow me to register. I’d like to make sure this has the formatting I need on the single course page. You should think about opening that up so that it is visible, it’s one of the main functions. Please let me know how I can view it and if Im missing something.

I have seen your video and looked over the demo but I would have a question. We already have a learning site about math but would like to switch to wordpress thats wy we are looking for a plugin that would in most suit our needs or off coure exced them.
Today we have for each major topic some subtopics that have a video tutorial and a writen explanation with pictures (could be also a link to a pdf document). Then each subtopic has about avg 15 math examples that the user has to solve. The anwser is in the form of a,b,c (he also has a hint button if he wants some help to solve the math problem). After he anwsers he geets the right or wrong response with the capability to look into the complete step by step how to solve (could be a jpg picture or pdf – click on a button). The usred can select witch math problem he wants to solve but hase also statistics what he has done till now.
Can your tool support this in this way or in some other way that fits the above ( is it even better)? Do I need than also Sensei to combine the futures?

I have a website built on Guru WordPress theme and have hosted it in WP Engine. The hosting has the live site and a staging snapshot of the live site. For some weird reason, the Guru page builder doesn’t work in the live site, whereas its perfectly working in the staging. I have contacted WP Engine support seeking assistance, however they weren’t able to resolve the issue. They have asked to contact theme authors for further assistance. Is this something you have encountered in the past? Please provide your contact emails so that i can privately send you the login for both live and staging.

- How can we take out the “Product Description” label from the single product page?
- How can we take out the “Archive of” label?
- For updating the theme should we replace the files through ftp? Can we use the “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades” plugin?

1) Just add this css code in Dashboard > Guru > Integration > Custom Css to remove that label.
#tab-description > h2 { display: none; }
2) You can remove the text “Archive of” from the file wp-content/themes/guru/framework/woocommerce/index.php line no: 135 approx.
3) Sorry we have not tested our theme with any third party plugins other than the plugins listed in the themeforest page. So we can’t guarantee for that plugin to work with our theme. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Hi there. I’ve looked through all of the sections having to do with the footer, but I can’t figure out why my pages seem to have two footers with menu items in them. Even if I turn off the footer, these two areas still appear. Can you help? The site is herbal.ninja. Thanks in advance.

I am studying a solution to a online courses platform. There are a few things that we need: - charge a premium monthly subscription to all content; - charge a regular subscription to a part of the content; - have Free lessons, as a trial of each course; - great analytics, so that I can pay profit shares to the teachers with an intuitive and scalable solution. We need something like [minutes attended per class per month]/[total minutes attended on all platform per month] and a CSV file would be great; - the possibility to sell just one lesson (not really needed, but certainly a plus).
