We have been testing your Demo for a while now, and like what we see except for the forum software. Is it possible to use any other forum software with this theme? We plan on using the new Flarum forum software and want to be sure we can seamlessly integrate it into the Woffice theme.

For now Flarum seems to be a really good project BUT according to their Github page :Flarum is currently in beta and should not be used in production. It is being developed openly on GitHub. Check out the Roadmap to follow along with our progress.Bad news : it’s not a Wordpress plugin so by default it’s not compatible.
Good news : there is already a first plugin developed : https://wordpress.org/plugins/qdiscuss/ according to the ratings, it doesn’t seem to work out well but the idea is here.
AND they have a good API, so a solid plugin will be released someday

Hi… it seems support for the Multiverso plugin has been discontinued (see comments here (http://codecanyon.net/item/multiverso-advanced-file-sharing-plugin/5756019/comments).
Do you have any plans to integrate another file management plugin or can you recommend an alternative? I’m using Multiverse at the moment but I need to re-order files by filename and it doesn’t have that function.

Hi,
I’ve installed the File Manager plug in and it doesn’t work I’m afraid. I don’t know if you’ve tested it but I can’t get sort or filter functions to do anything and clicking on a folder or sub-folder also does nothing! From reading the comments on the plugin page, the developer is not as responsive as you!
I’m going to look for an alternative and will keep you updated as to my success (or lack there-of).

Hello! A few pre-purchase questions – I am in a marketing business. I am looking to create a site where not only I can generate leads from a front static page but also have a login area for the people that come on board so I can have all my training and tools content available for them – an intranet/extranet site.
Can I have both a leads front page for those who may want to join and a login for my already growing team members?
Also, when people login, can they put what level they are in the business? Is it possible to also have badges where as they go up levels, the badges changes? A hierarchy type situation. Like if they are at blue level, they get a blue badge – if they do X amount, it changes to red level badge? Or can I find/install a plugin for that?
Can I deactivate the shop sections and things like that?
Is there an area where I can have a knowledge base with documents, text pages and videos etc?
I want my members to be able to search for content like videos etc to use in their marketing endeavours but also be able to collaborate amongst each other so there is a real community team support network.

1. Yes, you can do that because we added a feature to exclude some pages (you can select which one in one click) from the redirection process. That means that all the pages will redirect the user to the login page except this one (home page in your case), which’ll be public.
2. Yes, it’s called “roles” in Wordpress, you can select for each user his role. Or if he register by himself, you can enable this field (“Choose your role”) in the Register page (added last week). Regarding the badge, I think yes. We added in the last update the compatibility with : https://badgeos.org/ so with this plugin.
3. Every feature (shop, forum, projects, users map, coming soon page…) can be turned off in ONE click (all is wrapped in extensions that choose or not).
4. Yes, we have the Wiki section for that And it’s searchable too.
5. You can use the projects, the live chat, the Buddypress messages, the forum.. There is a LOT of ways to collaborate in Woffice.

Just updated the theme to 1.3.0 and eventON did not update to the newest version. (2.3.9) like it said in the changelog- Any suggestions?

Yes I have some Main issue is that bundled pluginz are zip files in the theme folder. That means that when you update the theme that doesn’t update the plugins. BUT the updates are within the theme’s files. So you have 2 ways to proceed the update : 1) You go to wp-content/plugins/ and you replace the files in “eventon” (20 sec). 2) You delete the plugin from Wordpress, you’ll have a message with a link to install it again (the updated plugin will be installed).

Hi, Please I would like to use this for an application that we call Company Hub.
It should be accessed only by our staffs and thus there is need for a login. It should serve the purpose of providing menus for various (updatable) documents/information such as company handbook, online album, activities report & updates, motivational and inspirational tips, etc Also, staffs should be able to access it at all times from any access platforms; from laptop, mobile phones, etc. We are considering a web and a client-server application sort of solution. We already have a server where the server-application can run

No problem Yes for many things. For the files, you’ll find options about who can upload a file. Yet, there is no priority. Technically it’s possible and we can help, because the files are managed as a “post” by wordpress and we can check when it’s updated. So let’s imagine a category “Important” only accessible by the admin. When a file is posted in this category, we can create a blog post or an alert (but it depends on your definition of “alert” too). Makes sense Well, it’s a website (wordpress behing), so you can auto-open it when the browser is started OR/AND add a shortcut on the Desktop. Note that on mobiles/tablets if you Bookmark the page, it’ll looks like an app (you can choose the icon, we do the rest).

Sorry, there is no frontend edit for the directory yet. But obviously we’ll do it someday (in the next weeks), the next updates are already being developed and “full” of features :/ In fact the only difficulty is for the custom fields because for the title/content./image it’s easy to achieve (we can get you started with this if you want and I’ll work on the custom fields in the next weeks).

What are you looking for exactly ? Because I don’t think it’s possible now, but we’re using 2 powerful plugins which are fully integrated with Woffice : EventON & Gravity forms, I’m sure that we can do it with one of these plugins. I’d say EventON maybe a good player, because at the end everything will be displayed on a calendar right ?
Sorry for that, it’s because there is an internal server issue on all the Ajax calls (chat, projects todo…). We’re working on since 4 days, but no output.. We just hired a freelance specialized in that and he is working on it now

For now, the projects work in a way that only if there is some project’s members the others will be excluded. But the role option is available for the wiki/event/page/blog… and all is managed by the same function. AND we’re using Unyson for the options. We’re working like hell on our server issue, that’s why this update is really late. In fact on the first demo, it seems to work well but all the Ajax scripts are blocked by our host :/ Whereas it works well on the demo 2. We spend our days on it.. if someone has an idea, let us know. Otherwise, the next update will be version 1.4.0 (yep directly) :- LMS compatibility (Learndash, we already have the license)
