Hi mad_dog, Just got this theme. When I create a blog post in image format at full width, how do I change the size of the image? I’d like it to display the original image size and not a cropped image. It displays it 1920×565 but the image is 1600×1066

Yes, just wish I could keep the sidebar but under the photo. Oh well thanks anyways. How do I set up the shop page like in the demo example where you can have item for sale? There are no instructions for this in the documentation.
Figured I just install woocommerce and works for the most part bu do you know why the sidebar is not showing up on the shop and product pages?
Also is it possible to remove the “feature image” from the archives and categories listings?

Hello mad_dog. I have bought this theme a couple of months ago and since then i have had a lot of problems with the responsive design. Would you mind seeing my site and giving me some hints to fix this problem? For example the background video is shortened as well as the background photos in my home and portfolio projects. I have a problem with soho theme regarding gallery.
Problem: I create gallery, import few photos, when I preview the gallery with “view page” I get error 404 on url: /gallery/test Works ok on my local server. Any idea ?
Question: I have title field on my image in media library, is it possible to get that title when I add that image in gallery ?

Solved the problem. It was WP issue, I had to resave permalinks ! Would still like to know if it’s possible to use image title from media library in gallery ? When I import the image in gallery, title field in GT3 PB pop up ‘Image settings’ is empty.

Yes, that’s correct, because you have to put the title in that popup.
And another question. Is it possible to use some sort of thumbnail image slider with fullscreen template via plugin ? Or provide a link in gallery which would change gallery template on the fly, from fullscreen to grid style ? Thank you

Hello, I recently upgraded my wordpress and seems like the theme is broken. One thing is the “text area” widget, all my texts inside that widget is gone. Only a blank empty space, and some of the “text area” is even disabled (the area to type in is disabled). 80% of all my website content is in that widget box, and it freaks me out right now… should I downgrade the wordpress? or there’s a bug? or simple fix?

yeah I had a read but it seems out of date some how… I says “To import the demo content, please use the standard integrated import tool. You can find it Soho Theme Settings-> General. There is a button “import demo content”. Important: Please make sure that you created “uploads” folder and set the right file permissions. It is required by WordPress. Once it is done, please click import demo content button and wait up to 5-7 minutes. There are a lot of images to download to your server. The import is ready when you see the created blog posts. ” ......
I don’t seem to have any of those things in the locations you mention. Also where do I create the uploads folder? it doesn’t say where…?

It is the weirdest thing, but I finally found the problem, if you put Chrome browser to 90% zoom the sidebar will disappear to the bottom of the page. At 100% all is well, thanks anyway for the screenshot. Fantastic theme

You have to follow the steps in the documentation. While doing this, please activate the original theme, once it is updated, then simply activate your child theme.

Hello! Thanks for the purchase. Could you please be more specific about plugin installation, once you active the theme you will see a note about plugin installation. Simply install it and then do the import of the demo content. Please follow the instructions in the documentation.

It is built-in the theme, delete the downloaded plugin that you downloaded from our site. Read the documentation first that comes with the theme.

Hi, after updating i have still the same issue: if i use the ‘content’ module of the GT3 Page Builder, nothing appears in the post content of the single video portfolio item. I’ve already updated the plugin too.
