I have a few questions before final decision. I need an online quiz. The same quiz will be used for different teams. Each team will have 20-30 students. Final score is made of right answers and duration of quiz (how much time student spend in answering the questions)
1. Is it possible to include duration of exam in final score?
2. Is it possible to have extra field for student registration? That field will be used to fill the name of the team. It means that students will have registration form with fields: first name, last name, e-mail, phone… and team.
3. Is it possible to have scores for each student, and score for the team (average score of all students of that team)

Hello, I have few problems. First, there is no My Courses, Gradings and Assignments buttons on the Welcome Template page although the student has passed the course. Second, after passing the course the student has no Grading sign on his page. Can you please resolve it?

Questions before I purchase: 1. With the feature of purchasing the products under “SHOP” in live demo(not the courses), is it possible to set it so that it is only available for logged in users?
2. I have some coding background in PHP. How do I to add some new fields to the users? I would like to add a few fields on registration form where a user can provide additional personal info, and some other fields which will be hidden to the users but admins can fill in on the wordpress admin portal.
3. Is it possible to set up Webhooks for Registration? I would like the user registration data to be post to a service.

1) If you are referring to make ‘Shop’ page visible only for registered users, we don’t have that future but you can do that with the help of some external plugins.
1) Follow these instructions for customizing registration form https://codex.wordpress.org/Customizing_the_Registration_Form. We have those functions already in our plugin files, you can just customize it.

1) Please get into your theme directory at wp-folder -> wp-content -> plugins -> designthemes-core-features -> custom-post-types -> dt-teachers-post-type.php” and find Line.No: 105.
Then replace the code ‘rewrite’ => true, thereby with the following one as shown below,
'rewrite' => array( 'slug' => 'teachers' ),
2) Now go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Click Save Changes twice. This is to flush the permalinks.

Sometimes demo content import may fail, it may be one of the following reasons.
Your PHP memory limit, execution time, upload size may be set too low. Please check that your server has following limits else contact your hosting support to do so.
max_execution_time -> 600
memory_limit -> 128M
post_max_size -> 32M
upload_max_filesize -> 32M
If you receive ‘500 Internal Server Error’ then it may be because of any one of following reasons
Your web server may be configured incorrectly (ie configured with incorrect directives). You have to contact your hosting support to resolve this issue.
Your files may be corrupted while uploading it to your web server. Those files may be transferred successfully but it is unusable by server. If it is theme files upload it again and import demo content. If still you receive this error deactivate the plugins one by one to find the cause of error.
Note : You can verify your PHP configuration limits by installing a simple plugin found here. If you still cannot resolve the 500 error, talk with your web hosting support.

2) Use this shortcode for listing the course category wise. Use the category id in the categories attribute.

You don’t write it in product description, that you don’t use custom layout for sensei. Instead you write “This theme effectively uses WordPress, Sensei, (...)” and that is cheating because you are suggesting that theme styles for Sensei courses and s2Member are equal.
You are using fame of Sensei plugin to mislead customers.
Besides if you use modules in Sensei courses, the layout goes wild.

I have already fixed that error and don’t have time to reproduce it. Just add some lessons to modules in Sensei course.
Maybe you have openly said that Sensei courses cannot be modified but it should be done BEFORE purchase, in theme description.

HI there, I have purchased the template and imported the dummy data. The first thing i noticed was that the admin panel takes more time to load each page (sometimes up to 30 seconds) – i’m guessing this is a database related issue. 1. Is there a recommended plugin to optimize database performance and improve load time for admin?
I use W3 Total Cache to improve load time on the user side and so far this is the only additional plugin i installed on top of the ones that came with the theme. 2. Are there additional plugins that you recommend to improve performance? (You mentioned WP Smush for image optimization)

1) Remove the unwanted images, plugins, etc.
2) Optimize all the images that you have used in the theme.
3) Use some cache plugins like wp super cache.
