Issue after updating to latest version… Even after regenerating css im having issues. a couple have been resolved by manually updating CSS entries in theme1.css like this…

.featured-box.align-justify { text-align: justify; }

If you notice theres no space between elements, im seeing this all over the place and even when i regenerate i can see a messed up element, inspect it, see this is happening, change css in inspector and see it fix itself.

Please send me wp admin and ftp accounts. I think didn’t regenerated default css files.

Hi, Could you upload porto theme and regenerate again default css files in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS? I don’t have a specific solution. You should update the plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi friend, when I try to change my website from canvas theme to porto theme. It starts to slow unbelievably at backend. I am at cloudways what can happen that problem :(

Hi, Please check after deactivate the unused plugins and extend memory_limit to 128M or higher in php.ini.

There are different theme options are not working at all and none of the selections make any difference in the live site. For example, nothing would change in setting the SINGLE PRODUCT options within the theme options to Show Short Description to NO or YES. It is always on in either selections (yes or no).

I have noticed one more problem is the tabs position options in the single product section of the theme options. The tabs are always in default position and it doesn’t change when you pick the tab position to be below price & Short description.

HI,Why can’t I use the Translation file?(the file is create by poedit)

The porto theme options cannot be translated into Chinese,not WooCommerce plugin.

We fixed this issue in latest version. Please check after update theme.

hello i’m unable to make any changes to the themes colors in admin panel, i’ve tried changing header \ footer color and it ‘saves’ with no errors but doesn’t actually change on the site. i don’t know if it will matter or not but my wordpress is installed in a subdirectory.

The site isn’t saving after you click on any of the save changes in the Theme Options area. That happen after the update.

When click on save changes, It keeps going on and on and on and never save anything. I’m reading a couple complaining about the theme isn’t compatible with w3 total cache as well. It seems like that could be the problem. An advice?

Maan, saving anything in the theme options isn’t working at all. When saving any changes, It keeps loading and it reads the yourdomain.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=porto_settings&settings-updated=true in the address bar but it keeps loading…

Do me a favor and test your updates before releasing it. I keep getting problem after the other using your theme.

Never mind, I deactivated your plugins and I was able to make the changes, then I went back and activate the plugin back again… just time consuming…

I think this is memory limit issue. Please extend memory_limit more in php.ini.

I still have the problem with hiden price exemple here : https://smartprotection.ro/categorie-produs/telefoane/folie-de-protectie/philips/ on some products, and quickview on front page is not working. Can you help me with that? I cant open and re-update each product to fix that price. Need to be a solution to fix all once. Please help with that. Thanks.

Hi, I think you installed woocommerce third party plugin. You should customize porto theme quickview function porto_product_quickview() in inc/functions/woocommerce.php on line 294.

I managed to sort it out with your advice to another buyer above by changing my memory_limit to 128M and adding define(“WP_MEMORY_LIMIT”, “128M”); in wp-config.php

Please regenerate default css files in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS. You should click “Theme CSS” and “Plugins CSS” buttons.

Just today, I don’ know how the theme is switched back to default theme. I didn’t changed the theme at all. How can I stop this from happening again? Thanks

Please select again the theme in Appearance > Themes.

You can not activate the plugin with the license key from Porto wordpress, should use only embedded version.

Porto theme didn’t included retina.js. Please check after deactivate the plugins one by one. I checked your site but didn’t found the issue.

I have a problem with products carousel when using more then 4 products. When I put 8 for example in “How Many”, the carousel disappears.

i like Porto and i think it will be the best woo commerce theme but please i have concern about the using W3 total cash …please can you config the conflict between Porto and the plugin .

am sure that there is big conflict between Porto and w3 total cash and please not advice me to use WP super cash as i don’t like it
