Hi, i just updated theme to new version but i can’t update “WPBakery Visual Composer” plugin that needs to be updated for my pages will work ok and display content. I wanted to update the plugin with wordpress but it is not availeble, can you please let me know how to update this ?
The error that i get is: Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_map_get_attributes() in /domains/web-solutions.si/public_html/Karate-Oprema/wp-content/themes/porto/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 49

Hi I have a problem with my ecommerce website.
After woocommerce update I cant complite purchase process – non of my customers can. I get a msg – invalid shipping method.
I have contacted sw-themes but the conversation end up with the dead end. So I decided to contact woocommerce.
They told me that since I am not their customer they cant help me. They suggested me to contact the author of the porto theme since the woocommerce is integrated with the theme.
... it looks like both sides send me back and forward and no one is willing to take a responsbility for it.
Would you be able to advise me what I suposed to do now? I cant udpate woocommerce to 2.4+ and I run ecommerce business. I like your theme but situations like this shouldnt had happen.
Hi, Did you tested in wp default theme(twenty fifteen theme)? If you found the same issue, this is not porto theme issue. Please check in default theme and contact me again. I want to check the configuration.
At the moment when I click on register I have two boxes – logiin and register. I would like to click on the login link and get only login box, same with register to get register box only.

Hi, i would like to ask what should i do to make the products under “Hot selling products” to have the same amount of width and height for each product? every product has different name and if i enter two products, one long and one shorter, one of the product will be bigger, one will be small.

When hover the shortcode, you can see “Pencil” icon and you should click this and then will be show the popup. You should change the columns on this popup.

Since a few Porto updates (don’t know which one exactly) we discovered a problem with customers selecting a ‘not in stock’ product variation on the single product page. Sometimes the add to cart button is visible even when the customer selects a variation which is not in stock. That’s not correct. When you select another variation product which is not in stock, the add to cart button correctly dissapears (because not in stock > can’t purchase).
I’ve tested this with a fresh WordPress and WooCommerce installation together with the latest Porto theme from 8.31.2015. When I activate a default WordPress theme, everything works correctly.
The problem seems to be the same as user bhubeth noticed 14 days ago in the comments. We’re not using the woocommerce color or image variation swatches plugin (tested on a fresh WP, WC and Porto installation).

I have one element on one page I would like to copy and put on another page (counter). It is already setup with images and text. I would like to copy everything as is and export it to another page on our site. I’ve found that I require the need to recycle various elements and codes from the site and don’t see any easy way to do this without recreating the work. What’s the easy way to do this?
Hi, When edit the page, please disable visual composer builder and copy the page content in Text mode. Please paste the copied text in Text mode and enable visual composer builder. Please configure again the visual composer elements. You should remove the unnecessary elements.

I’m not sure I understand what you are saying. What does the banner have to do with the header?
When edit the page, please select the Banner Type in View Options. You can select the banner type to “MasterSlider” and select the slider in Master Slider option. Please view the page and then your can see the transparent header. If it’s not working, please send me wp admin and ftp accounts. Let me check.
Hi! I want to use settings without url prefix so i will test it on both server and localhost without changing settings. How can i do that.
For example footer logo URL is https://imsanyapi.com.tr.dev/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/logo-footer.jpgI want to use as wp-content/uploads/2015/08/logo-footer.jpg
But when i change it, it adds prefix to setting.

Hi, Special Products are the products with the special price. You can use Porto Sale Product shortcode and configure the params. If you want to select the products, you should use Porto Products shortcode.

You can find Porto Products shortcode in Woocommerce section when add a new element. When edit the shortcode settings, you should configure “Products” param. If you input the product name, you can show the products list and you should select the products

1. All my images are gone. 2.
