Thanks for the purchases! Hmm you can add a custom menu to the builtin one through menu section, and adjust colors through theme options. But for a real custom solution, we’d recommend modifying the 404.phpo fie in the theme folder 
Can i use plugins that included in this pack with more than one site? I mean without using general themes.

Our understanding is that the premium plugins that come with the theme can only be used with Avada. You can double check with Envato support here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Avada has something like 8 or 9 Themes. Am i understand correctly that i can use all of these theme by 1 time. Or only one?

Avada is actually one theme, but it is an amazing powerful framework of options that allow you to build custom designs for. So the 11 demos you see here http://theme-fusion.com/avada/demos/ are all Avada theme, just different designs worked up from our framework. When you purchase Avada you get a single license to use on one finished site, you can choose any of our pre-built demos (11 total) to import with just a few clicks of the mouse. If you need to use it on a second site, it does require a second license at this time.

I have two questions
I added the carousel to an about page. but the images overlap each other. http://higienapracy.stronazen.pl/o-firmie/the carousel isn’t responsive. What I need, is to have the carousel with the images that keep the same specific size, keep the distance between each other.
How to do it?
2. Right now we do not have a feature like that built into Avada, unfortunately.
In general you can use VC with Avada. Avada comes with its own page builder though, which is specifically designed for Avada. If you want to use VC instead, you may have to turn our builder off, which is possible through the Theme Options.

Hi guys, Just a simple question that I can’t find searching answers in comments here:
Is it possible to disable jpeg compression for images directly from Avada? Or do I need to find another solution?
That’s a big problem for me, because I’m using parallax effects everywhere and I need quality pictures…
If you have any suggestion it’ll be really appreciated.

Avada doesn’t compress image quality. It actually forces 100% of the image quality, whereas the default for WP is at 70%

I have a question related to the search page. I would like to do three things:
1. change the links in the second column (that show when the search tool does not find any result. there are four links, to the aboub page, fa2, etc http://higienapracy.stronazen.pl/?s=krystobalt2. How to change the space between the results when the search result find the pages/posts with the keyword? right now, the margin of empty space between one result and the next is so big
3. When the search tool finds the pages with the searched keywords, the page excerps show up. but the keyword is not singled out, the person cannot see it in the excerpt, it is not in a different colour. Google does it well, when a person searches for a result, the excerpt contains the searched keyword, and it is either in bold letters, or in darker colour, so it is visible. Are you planning to add this feature in the future?

1. Create a new menu and assign that menu to 404 useful pages menu location.
2. You will have to use custom CSS to change the margin between the search results.
3. We don’t have plans to do it. I’m sure there is a plugin which can do this. I’ll pass this off to our team as a feature request.

I have the same issue of kristianrasmussen92 : http://themeforest.net/comments/10850406 To scroll on the homepage with Apple mobile (iPad…) it freezes, it’s slow… in other words, it doesn’t work at all. My customer has the same problem on her Apple devices. I just use Fusion-code shortcodes in this page and disabled all animation in this page. A global answer would be appreciate. Thanks.

Got it ! It was an incompatibility with the plugin “WidgetKit” by Yootheme. Solved by disable this plugin.

You can find these by editing teh slider they are in, and looking at the filename. The “numbered” portion of the filename is what to search for on Shutterstock footage tab.

I understand that you are having design integration for one of the popular plugins in the upcoming version. Is that the Visual Composer by any chance ?. I am looking at getting a theme that supports the VC and if you can give a hint, then I can avoid purchasing another and wait for the next release.

While Avada works with VC (when our own page builder is turned off) we don’t have design integration for it. So the styles will come from VC itself. Alternatively you could rely on our FusiobnBuilder which is of course fully design integrated with the theme.

AVADA is just great. I bought for my own company and soon on the run your own website. But I have questions about licensing. If you report to me Client and will want to make a page on AVADA, I can buy a license for it regular and do on the separately purchased license a website for him. Pass all sources and will remove the license purchased for it from your computer. For the next customer buy another Regular license. Is it OK? Can customer has to buy himself alone and give me a template to set up your on your server? I read FAQs license and I can not understand it there.

The general rule is this: You need one license per website. If you buy the license for your client or if the client buys it so that you can do the website for him doesn’t matter. Both is ok and up to you.
So all you need is one license per website project.

Hi, I am trying to make work WPML with this theme, before the theme change everithyng was working fine, now i have thie issue that i cant’ understand: home page and all pages works fine, when i switch language i can see the translated page, but all the customization done in the avada control panel are gone. Logo will not display, menu is not of the same colours and position of the other language, footer is not customized as i did in the control panel but shows the standard avada demo content, can you point me in the right direction to solve this? thanks in advance alex

When you use WPML you have one Theme Options panel per language. This way you can setup different styling per language. If you don’t need this, you can click on “All Languages” in the lang switcher in the WP admin bar. Them the Theme Options that will be loaded will be saved for all languages.

Please make sure you are on Avada 3.8.6.1 This was an incompatibility with WordPress 4.3 and is fixed in the latest version.

On September 1st, Envato changed the terms for support. When you purchase Avada you receive 6 months of free support. When those 6 months have expired, you can renew your support subscription for another 6 or 12 months at a designated fee.
After the 6 months of included support is over, you’ll still be able to get free theme updates that we release and submit bug reports via email or item comments. In addition you will still be able to access our support center for documentation, knowledge base, video tutorials and possibly other community avenues of support. However, if you do not renew the support subscription after 6 months, then you will not receive access to hands-on support through our ticket system.
This change in policy is controlled and monitored by Envato and we abide by their rules.
