So, I’ve been having one issue after the other with this theme. It looks great, but I keep getting “Internal Server Error” when I make changes to the sidebar area with widgets. I will try to edit some of the options of a particular widget and will get that message.
Also, my pinterest images only fill up half of the width of the widget area.
Can you advise on why I am experiencing these issues? Thanks!

This is completely ridiculous. I can’t login to the damn support system. I keep getting a notification that I will be emailed my password and it never comes to any of my emails.
This theme is not at all easy to set up how it makes ti look on the preview. In the trending posts, you have to make your featured image the size you want it to show on your homepage…? yet there is no option to take the featured image out of the post? What is that?
There is not an easy homepage setup option at all. There is no guidance to make this setup any easier. This is completely ridiculous. I thought purchasing this theme was going to be great and very fun to put together, and it has been the complete opposite. All I am is stressed as hell and left with a website looking nothing like the preview. I would like to talk to someone about this theme one to one because there is no help at all here.

The preview also shows the categories in a mansard layout and then when you install it is in a list layout.

2. no, you don’t need to modify your featured image size. we will resize it for you.
3. to change into masonry layout, you can just simply modify Blog Content Option that available when you create page with Homepage template and switch from normal into masonry.

5. header advertisement will only work if you choose header type 4. or 5. but i see your website you have very big logo. you will need to make your logo smaller.

Hi! This doesn’t really answer my question. I had already set it as Homepage Template, and it doesn’t work. What I want to do is set a //new// post as the slider post, and change it every so often. How does one pick the post that goes in the slider? In other themes, there’s the possibility of setting a post as Featured, which vastly simplifies this action. How does it work here in Falive?

I’d love to use this theme for our book magazine but therefore I’d need a four columns masonry layout for blog and archives. Would it be possible to do this as well? I only saw a three columns layout in the demo.

Why do I have after installing the theme sample data does not look like on the demo site? You can upgrade the demo data? I do not work all the menu items – some being moved to your demo site, the rest of the link? http://site.com/?sticky=false, nothing work cancel sticky. Have you checked the subject to a new version of the WP?

I like the format of the ‘Read More’ button, but dislike the fact you cannot read enough text. However when I try to Change the content type to ‘Full’ and insert a Read More tag within the post, the ‘Read More’ button shows up as simple text and doesn’t look coherent with the theme. Is there a way of changing the button?

Hello I’ve been using this theme for a while now and i really like it but after the most recent wordpress update i lost the multi level menu on my homepage.. the menu doesnt show when i move my curser over the headline.. What should i do?

I Purchased the theme and really like it but I am not sure why you have it set up so when the post type is set to ‘normal’ the big image for the post does not link to the actual article like when you set the post type to ‘Masonry’. Yes I know I can activate the ‘continue reading’ button so they can click that to get to the actual article or visitors can click the post title but people are WAY more likely to click images to see/read more. Can you PLEASE offer a update that links the image to the article when set to ‘normal’ as you do on the ‘masonry’ post setting. Almost any blog I have ever been to the image links to the article. It will also keep blogs much cleaner so blogs dont have a big gold “Continue Reading” button all over their blog unless they choose to. This should be set like this by default and will also help purchasers of your theme get more page views/clicks. Thank You.

Hello there! Just got an email that there’s a new update on the template. Do we need to reinstall the entire template every time we get an update? Or is there an “UPDATE” button that we just click on for automatic update, just like the different versions of WP?
If we have to reinstall the template every time there is a new update, will it affect all the settings, posts, images…etc. on the blog?

hi starkyarias, we don’t have easy option to change font on post size. you will need to change it from CSS. i mean to add additional css. if those change are small, we are willing to help you to provide css.
we not providing additional shortcode for falive, we using default wordpress shortcode.

Hello, i have a Little problem with the popular Posts. Since the update it looks wrong and take false post for it. When i go to the menue there is a text: Any changes made to WPP’s default stylesheet will be lost after every plugin update. In order to prevent this from happening, please copy the wpp.css file (located at wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popular-posts/style) into your theme’s directory. I copy the wpp.css file and take it in the editor from the theme, but it doesnt change. Can you help me please, there are really old Posts and looks not really good. There stands other Posts like the populare say? THX

Hello! You’ve created a BEAUTIFUL theme! I’m about to purchase but have a few questions.
1. Can I use the theme without the slider? (I plan on having my front page as blog) 2. Is your subscription box compatible with mailchimp? Can I add a name to it? Can I edit the button text? 3. Is there a way to shrink the top spacing on Contact and About page? The white space is pushing the content down and requires more strolling. Any way I’ll be able to adjust the padding?

1) Sure, you can disable the slider easily.
2) It’s a built-in subscription plugin, it may require few tweaks to adapt with Mailchimp.
3) You will need custom CSS to customize detail styling like that, if you need help we will gladly help you out.

I understand that “Featured Images” are necessary for thumbnails on sidebar widget “latest posts”. However, is there any way to stop the featured image from showing up on the post itself? This is causing a duplicate image on the actual post. If I remove the “featured image” then the “recent posts” widget will not show an image.
I suppose this issue wouldn’t be so troublesome if the Featured image showing up inside of the post wouldn’t show up so big. My image size is 333×449 and it’s showing up on my post as 751×989. thanks

What do you mean duplicate image? Actually featured image will only show one time. Do you also insert the featured image itself into post content? You may need to remove it as it already displayed on as featured image.
