Hi,
I updated Woocommerce this morning to version 4.3.1, but now it gives an error in system status: Avada/woocommerce/checkout/form-pay.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.7,
How can this be fixed?

[blog ] Shortcode It would be very useful to be able to have an option to select a different image format (the shortcode uses the “original” image file). Very usefiul especially when the editor chooses a column layout, where images are well smaller from the original one.
It is a performance important issue, penalizing page loading time. Google dislikes it, giving the site page evil scores in pagespeed. It effects the global SEO score of the site

Are you referring to the grid or timeline layout? The large, medium, large alternate and medium alternate will not do that, only the grid and timeline will do that because they show the original image size ratio to ensure no cropping takes place. However, we are working on an item that will allow us to circumvent the performance issue for showing the original ratio image. Coming in a future update

How to replace the slide?

Can we ask you to elaborate on the slide you are referring to? Sliders are generally enabled on a page using the in-page Fusion Options. We have various slider types and help files explaining how they differ, how to enable/disable them etc:

Hello,
On my website I have a portfolio with 4 categories for youtube/vimeo videos. There is 1 category (called Bedrijfsreportages) which only shows up when you scroll all the way down the ‘all’ category (I’m showing 12 posts on one page). This is because the 2 messages I created within this category are first made and the most old messages.
There must be another way to show all categories by default? It is actually my intention to hide the ‘all’ category but when I select ‘show without all’, only 1 video appears and not all the categories are there (what I want). Is there a possibility to just display the whole first category by default and of course all the other categories because I don’t understand what Avada is doing now.
Opening the video lightboxes with the zoom button is slow, it can take 40 seconds before the first video loads. Is this normal? Once the first video loaded, everything runs well. And finally when I open a video and the video on top or below which you can navigate to with the arrows autoplays when it’s a vimeo video. Can the autoplay option can be undone? Because you open 1 video and you’re hearing a video which isn’t there. Is it even possible to just undo the upper and lower navigation to other videos?

The slow playing and vimeo autoplay problems are fixed after updating to Avada 3.8.6.1. Now I only need a solution for the categories that aren’t showing up.
After the update, the first category just displays all posts by dafault, but still I need to scroll all the way down to see the ‘Bedrijfsreportages’ category

Dear Theme Fusion team,
i have question and need a solvation. When i create a full width portfolio and use the option grid with excerpt, i see the excerpt as a headline with category under my portfolio preview pic. The headline and the category is a button and navigates me to my project.
Is it possible to place a text inside or under the preview picture without button function?..im will just use the portfolio with lightbox without navigation to the project…

Unfortunately the only way to disable the portfolio title and category links would be to customize the theme’s code. The alternative would be to use CSS to change the behavior -> https://css-tricks.com/pointer-events-current-nav/

If you are referring to the default WP page title being deployed as a shortcode, Avada does not include that. You can however make use of the title shortcode but that will mean that you simply have to manually type in the title of your choice

Bugreport: if Revolutionslider (5.0.8) is in the site (full width container), the mobile dropdown doesnt work.

RevSlider 5 + has not yet been released with Avada, we are doing so in version 3.8.7. – any version newer that this might have a couple of issues as we are still in the process of sorting the compatibility

Hi Great theme, seems to just be an option for everything! one question I do have though as i’m struggling to edit the css to disable the content box link area, if this is not possible even editing the color would be good so you cannot see the animate everytime you hover over it. Thanks

Go to Theme Options > Menu and disable the search icon there with a dedicated option.
You should be able to get the logo as big as you want. If the issue persists, please signup at our support center and submit a new ticket. We do not know this particular theme or how the directory listing is deployed so can’t comment on that. As Avada does not have a built in directory listing, we suggest that you try and search for a plugin that will provide similar functionality
