Hello, I’d like to buy your theme, but first I’d like to know one thing:
Is it possible to change url “www.myweb.com/portfolio/something” to “www.myweb.com/product/something”? Because I am sell some product like coffee etc. and dont have any “portfolio” stuff.

Already checked with the provider company and included the speed option. But that doesn’t change anything. I have had this theme for awhile. It is a great theme with vast capabilities, and I absolutely love it. I would have put more main reasons for giving it a 5 star rating if allowed to! The design quality is superb, as is the feature availability and customization compared to other themes.
But on top of all this greatness, the team at Greatives is willing to go above and beyond any other company to help their customers (in my opinion). Aside from helping and guiding me through questions that arose as I became acquainted with their theme, they even helped address an issue that had nothing to do with their theme.
The issue occurred in the migration of our site. The migration was done by a third party, and frankly they thought the problem arose due to the theme. I reached out to Greatives, and on further inspection they noted it wasn’t a theme issue. Instead of pointing fingers and sending us back to the third party that transferred site to deal with it, the Greatives support member took it upon themselves to help us out even though they were in no way obligated to.
On top of a great product, they have incredible customer service!

Is it possible to remove the menu section completely on the landingspage? When you scroll down you stil see the white banner where the menu normally is located.
Hi there! Is this a presale question? On the landing page, we have disabled the menu and the menu elements, but the logo is there, so the header. However, you can hide the whole header if you like.

1. Can theme updates be done through the WordPress interface or is it manual upload? 2. Can video be embedded? Hate modals – will display without one? 3. Is the slider truly responsive – images scale proportionally? (had a serious problem recently w/a diff theme.) 4. Are image sizes provided for swapping out existing pics? 5. Can data collected in gravity forms be exported?

1. Yes, Osmosis offers auto-update function.
2. In the Feature section and in the row backgrounds you can use HTML videos. If you need YouTube/Vimeo in the Feature section you need to use the Revolution Slider.
3. Our demo is public, you can easily check it out by yourself and see if it covers your need
4. You can select among various image sizes for many elements (blog, portfolio overviews) but if you mean the popup image, Osmosis uses resized images at 1920*1920 for performance reasons.
5. This is something that deals with the gravity forms and not with the theme.

I was under the impression you incorporated gravity forms into your theme? If not. I normally use Contact Form 7. Is that compatible?
My client does a video blog – sorry I wasn’t clear. Not talking about sliders. Thought we would use portfolio option to display it – we don’t want modals – just want to embed YouTube videos.
The images sizes question is related to the slider. Do I need to re-size pictures for media queries or does the 1920*1920 scale to screen.

Osmosis provides support for both CF7 and Gravity Forms. As you can see here – http://greatives.eu/themes/osmosis/blog-grid-2columns/ -, you can have videos YouTube/Vimeo in the blog overviews. About the images, for our demos we use images with width at 1920px which are being cropped in the sizes that theme uses. There is nothing more that we do, so please feel comfortable to check the responsive behavior of our slider.

I am not quite so sure of your project, but with Osmosis you can have full-screen feature section (image, slider, map, video) and full-screen sections in the content area. It would be more helpful if you send us a related URL.

I have a few pre-sale questions: 1. Are the icons and the fields under the “Master Key Safe Button” customizable to different links, icons, etc. 2. Can you add clickable buttons over the splash images or landing page videos? 3. Can you mix and match parts from the varying demos you have on the live preview? 4. Is it possible to use personal webfonts on this theme in place of the standard fonts you have there already?

1. Osmosis in the safe button offers the predefined elements you can see in the demo. In spite of that, anyone can use the child theme to add custom links/icons with some hooks.
2. If you mean the videos, sliders, images in the feature section (the section just below or above the header) of Osmosis, the answer is yes. You can have buttons there.
3. Sure you can. Pages were created with the handcrafted Osmosis ’s elements.
4. Osmosis provides more than 600 Google fonts, standard fonts and the option to upload your personal fonts via its options panel (apart from the typekit fonts).

Can you place 2 images into a Woocommerce product listing such that the image in the store front switches between then on hover? (example: http://www.psproducts.com/ and hover over the Zap Blast Knuckles)

Since version 4.6 of the Visual Composer, the tabs and accordions elements were rebuilt from scratch, so this is the reason for getting this message. The old elements are still available (under the deprecated tab in the modal window) but users see the deprecated message. It’s recommended to replace the old elements with the new ones. However, there is nothing worry about

Hi. Great looking theme, but I have one question. When I was testing your live demo on mobile, the link to the shopping cart from the mobile menu doesn’t seem to work on my iphone 4s. It works great as a popup on desktop, but isn’t scrollable on mobile. Is there anyway to fix that, or have the mobile link go to the shopping cart page instead of the popup?
