Sir, I love this demo and wish to purchase it. Before i go ahead i wish to know few things. 1. Can user create their public profile, signin and editing profile facilities? 2. Can user upload the videos from their device to our sites? 3. How does Paid add work? does it allow user to signin and purchase no of adds and make the payment, is recurring payment option available? 4. Will the website track the location and show different video in the homepage, country wise popular videos?

1. Yes, they can be done using BuddyPress plugin and BBpress plugin.
2. Unfortunately, our theme does not have any features for uploading the videos from their devices to our site. They have to upload else where and use direct URL
3. Do you mean Ads, banner? You can easily manage your Ads code like: image, html, video. But, unluckily, our theme does not have any options for payment.
4. Unfortunately, our theme does not have any functions to manage your location, however, when a video is played, our theme supports displaying more videos related to the video playing.

Sir, Sad to know that such a wonderful theme has no video uploading option. It has almost everything. I wish to know if any plugin could help me on this… In demo details it says “self hosted videos”, does it mean video uploaded by admin in media library?

Admin can upload videos in media library. However, we recommend using a FTP client to upload videos as they may have big size. Uploading via web may not succeed.

When I add a new video post it does not automatically fetch the videos data, so I manually enter it in. However when I update the post the information is no longer there?

The information is fetched when post is saved. If the “Do Not Fetch” checkbox (on the right panel) is not checked, it still tries to fetch data and if it fails, post information is empty.
So make sure check “Do Not Fetch” checkbox
How come the thumbnail images for the vimeo videos are always low quality. The size of the image is the same as the demo images but they appear degraded and low resolution?

Please check your Visual Composer configuration again. It is because that if the small layout with 4 columns is used, a sidebar has to be used.

Can I make the grid smart content box larger, as in the same or similar size to the header grid box.

Yes, it’s possible if you place Smart Content Box in a full-width page and turn on Row Stretch in Visual Composer. However, It will make your image broken on your website as SCB does not prepare such large image sizes.

Unfortunately, True Mag does not have any page template without menus and header. You could create one by copy the front-page template in /page-templates/ folder and edit it.

1> Unfortunately, in TrueMag theme, we do not support adding “play button logo” on post when it is shared. You need to design the play button icon on Feature Image of post by yourself
2> You can completely add your embed video (YouTube / Video), then it can be shared. But , unluckily, we do not have any features to support ( For 2 videos, one video shows play button, the another one does not display)

If i embed a video from dailymotion for my website and share it in facebook it show play button logo.But problem happen when i emded video from YouTube and then share it on facebook it only show a feature image no play button. Sir, if i add a play button as a logo for first 1 second in my every video by using video ad plugin.Than i think share feature image will show a play button logo. Sorry for my bad English.

You cannot add Play button as logo by using Video Ads plugin because when it is shared on FaceBook, it only gets your post thumbnail of video.
Do you want to play videos on your FaceBook directly? If it is true, in this theme, we support your video post to be played on your FaceBook. And it is default that the Play button icon on your post will appear when it is shared.

- Playlist: a collection of videos that users have favourited (added to playlist)
- Series: a episodes of videos.
- Channel: channel can contain multiple videos and playlists

You must deactivate the old theme, remove it, and then install new one. (you can turn on Maintenance Mode during the installation to prevent bad user experience)
You could use a file manager application to upload the new one (usually provided by your hosting).
Please note that you also need to update plugins if there are new versions stated in the release logs

Probably you have installed BuddyPress plugin which has custom login page. After login at BuddyPress Login page, you can visite admin area normally

I’d like to creat a site with a videoplayer that plays the latest video from a post of a specific category. I now I can do this with a slider, but then I have the “view more” button on the right side and I’d like to put another content field next to the videoplayer.

For video slider, TrueMag theme only supports 3 following styles:

In the order to “put another content field next to the video player” , you need to modify theme’s code.
Unfortunately, we cannot help with this customization work

Currently we do not support WishListMember plugin integration. You will need to check the plugin’s description to know if it will work on all themes.
