Hi, Porto theme don’t have this feature. It’s impossible because we used the javascript plugin fo lightbox and this js plugin don’t have this feature
I’m not quite following. Im on the archive page with all the images you can select by category at top. I was able to remove the link to the detail page now I just want each image to clickable instead of just the magnifier so when clicked it opens in lightbox. Most people wont know to just click the magnifier so I want the entire thumbnail to link to the lightbox. If you made the magnifier a lightbox link I should be able to make the thumbnail a link also.

I will send this to you via PM. I am also experiencing the portfolio layout medium not working properly. When clicking on different categories say for instance Wall Murals nothing appears. I have portfolios setup for every category and only 2 are filtering the images in.

I just updated the theme from versio 2.5.3 to 2.5.4 and when I scroll down the page, the page doesn’t stop at the end but goes in the strange loop (hard to explain) please have a look http://shop.bollenberg.com/categorie-produit/confiture/The problem will only show if the schroll bar is present.

I have the Porto theme for Wordpress and installed the ecommerce Version 1. Right underneath the header are three banners, Free Shipping, Money Back Guarantee and Online Support. I cannot find anywhere how to change or edit these. I have looked through pages and Block, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help.
Hi, Please edit “Top Ads” block in Blocks on admin sidebar. You can see “Content Top” is “top-ads” in View Options when edit the page. This is a block slug name.

Please regenerate default css files in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS after update theme. You should click again Theme CSS and Plugins CSS buttons. This sidebar will be show on mobile devices (screen width < 992px).

Thanks. I was trying the Ultimate Addons info box but I really liked the hover effect of row 7 on the demo page I referenced. To accomplish that I added a porto content box and in the content box settings I chose to add an icon with style 3 and effect 3. Unfortunately no way to add a link that I saw. With the ultimate add on I can make a custom icon background to have a solid circle around the icon with a link and a hover effect of a bounce in action but not the same as the effect of your icon in the porto content box settings. If there is no way to add a link to the icon choosen in the porto content box settings then I will just use the ultimate addon info box icon and effect.

The porto settings page appear to be inaccessible. We cannot click on anything under Appearence>Theme Options. Please assist!

Hi, Please check again theme options after increase memory_limit to 256M or higher in php.ini. Please explain me more details about second question. Regards.
From my developer: We know for every porto theme setting there is database table to store the value there. So I want to know that in which table which field value storing for “Compile Default CSS” in the database?
Also the memory limit is currently set to 512M.
You can use global variable $porto_settings. This value will be store in wp_options table. You can find the theme options in inc/admin/porto/settings.php file. We used redux framework for theme options. Please send me wp admin and ftp accounts. Let me check the issue.
