i just download the final version and tried to install it but it didn’t install from the WP then i had to manually upload to FTP then extract etc. after that i try to download your demo from the WP but no matter what i did it wont import. its nothing but WASTE MY MY VALUABLE TIME on Friday noon. Honestly after this additional nightmare i am not interested to buy a 2nd copy. never mind. even the 1st copy is still giving us problems…
do not expect from your buyers to keep telling you what is wrong for you to fix it!
99% of you theme makers upload your themes on envato to make $$$$ without even care to test and finish it. After that you are thinking that the buyer will test and debug it for you free so you can then fix all these 9 billion bugs! who is going to pay for our time! you are making money so envato how bout us!
We have tested our demos 2-3 days ago and everything was fine. We are going to test them again. Don’t worry we are here to help you fixing all issues. If you can’t wait we can install it manually in your host.

this is not a solution you are offering. it shouldn’t be the rocket science! people shouldn’t keep giving you their FTP info or WP info for you to do for them! if i cant do this then no one can! this means there is an absolute problem with this theme! if i cant import your demo content within your own theme than not sure what else i can say! if i cant install your theme on WP but forced to use FTP well then i am out. good luck! in the USA TIME = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ we cant full around like this.

Select the demo you want, by clicking it.
Check the attachments checkbox, if you want dummy photos.
Now, click Import button, wait 1-2 minutes, while the install progress bar finishes.

If I need to get crazy with the customization, does Tower easily support the creation of “regular wordpress” child themes for that crazy customization?
I get that ideally, most-to-all customization should happen in the theme control panel itself.

Hello, before purchasing your theme I will need to ensure that it adheres to the following guidelines. Thank you. File structure • Site pages should be static HTML files with a .htm (not .html) filename extension. • The filename for the default (home) page should be index.htm. • All HTML files should reside in the website’s top level directory. • Images should be in a folder called images or img. • JavaScript and jQuery files should be in a folder called, js. • All filenames should be lowercase and contain no spaces. Code • Links between all local site files should be simple relative links, not-root relative or absolute links. • The outside developer is responsible for all errors in code. The site will reside on IIS 6 servers. • The outside developer is responsible to test the site for cross-browser compatibility. The file extension appearance depends on Wordpress. Wordpress itself manage permalinks, not the theme. The theme is compatible with all the browsers on the recent versions and in all the devices. We do ensure compatibility with old version of browsers (ex. IE7). It accomplish all the other requests.
I don’t understand this: “tags for paragraphs and no font tags”.
The theme is tested and approved by Envato team, it meets all the requirements.

This theme is very confusing and sensitive to operate. How come every time I import a back-up it uploads everything multiple times? I’m stuck with menu bars that have repeated content. Can you explain how importing work so this doesn’t always happen?

Hi, I tried using your dummy data importer but not all the pages appeared. The default home page isn’t there. The menu1 doesn’t show up despite various attempts to apply it to the site in Appearances > Menu
The revolution slider doesn’t display as well. It gives me alias error.

No sorry we haven’t any plan for now to launch an html version. But you have to know that the wordpress version its very easily to work with. Everything can be installed with 2 – 3 steps.
