1- Top Menu file header.php line 58 Error: ‘menu’ => ‘TM Header Navigation’ Correction: ‘menu’ => ‘TM Header Top Links’

There are many errors. 1 – Top Menu is the same as the main menu. 2 – Shopping cart head of the main menu does not work. 3 – search box at the top does not work. 4 – Breadcrumb does not work. 5 – Store page to scroll down, back to the top alone. (It’s working normally not explain.) 6 – list or grid view mode on the store page is not displayed. 7 – Google Chrome Developer Mode shows some files that are not loaded on the subject. 8 – In the shopping cart page can not remove the item. 9 – Related Products displays badly formatted navigation arrow.

I have tried many ways to install the theme with demo files.. and it didn’t work!! I have purchased and installed many themes in the past and never had these problems.. I must say this is the first time I am disappointed at Themeforest QA team. The way to create slides, the way FAQ posts show on the page without any additional customization on metadata showing/hiding, and other features. The processes are not straight forward and clean cut compare to all of other themes, AT THIS PRICE, I have worked with. The price for this theme shouldn’t be more than $35. I bought this theme only because I was looking for a Jewellery store theme on Themeforest. So this theme and another one Belle showed up on my search . Looking at the price $59, rating and trusting Themeforest QA, I purchased it. I was a mistake. I must mention I haven’t had problem with the tech support, I got a response the next day. But the product itself not worth that much money.

Still stuck; getting nowhere with your theme. We have emailed support; however, we cannot keep waiting just in case they do not contact us, There is no details in your documentation about your sub banner short code. We need to know the width of your site and if we can alter the width. We also need to know how to add margins to the short code to stop the images from sitting next to each other. No matter where we place margins or padding in a short code, the images stay stuck to each other. Can someone respond asap please.

You need to adjust space between the banner use margin attribute in the banner shortcode. And already give answered via your ticket #IXW-484-73675. Can you send us any alternative email so we can add as cc.
I have tried all ways to add margin, I cannot get the margin to appear. I sent a copy of the short code in the email and asked them to add the code; I can then see where I am going wrong.
Also, your email did not give me an answer, all you put was – “And for having space between the banner you can use the margin attribute in the banner short code.” —This is not a very helpful answer. If you can advise fully I would appreciate.

I bought your Jewellery WordPress theme today because based on the info on ThemeForest.Net/Envato I though it would be perfect for a client. Was I WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your Jewellery WordPress theme is NOTHING but CRAP!!!!!!! It’s not working correctly – the background color doesn’t show, the dollar amount next to the cart is written as: 0 Items – $0.00 ; the nav bar doesn’t show up under the logo as it should – the nav only shows up in the TopBar; the “Slider” is a complete piece of CRAP, and your “dummy” data that’s included doesn’t load correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been design and developing websites and WordPress sites for over 10 years. I have NEVER come across such a SHITTY Product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
