just downloaded the latest version to update a current website I’m building from the last version, but since installing the update 3 pages will not load. all other pages are fine? any idea why I’m having this issue?

Hi, i’m having a problem i think it’s visual composer some of the elements are not loading or not visible, icons are working fine if the animation is not set ON, my WP version is 4.3.1, but when i tried it on my localhost all elements are working fine

- All the images are replaced with placeholder.
- For the moment you can’t import your own icon font
- You can use a newsletter plugin and include it on the page easily.
- This is possible.
- The only needed plugin are visual composer and our thefox plugin ( if you want to use custom posts )
- Not for the latest version

I created my site for beta version , and I want to move it to new host under new domain name , after moving wordpress files and DB , the Fox theme is unable to load properly , may I know if there is any encrypted files that prevent it from loading and show all the site content ? also when login to backend visual composer cant load my pages , as I can’t edit them from the visual composer as usual , please help me ASAP

I think it’s a problem with the max upload file size of your server.
Please change the server settings according to this article and you should be able to upload the theme directly from the wordpress dashboard, the other option is the FTP upload.

somethings wrong with your theme file, i download it through themeforest download section. and when the download completes, it gives me warning that has dangerous files. please check. i’ll report this also to envato team.

I need to use costum post types and fields for my project.. is possible to use costum fields options with your theme..does your extensions have this? or should I buy a plugin for this purpose..On visual composer I need more extensions , I ve think you closed some extensions like costum grid, costum post types.. etc..

If you need to create new custom post or custom type you will have to use a plugin or add additional code.
We disabled visual composer grid since our theme is using a different bootstrap, if you want to use the feature you can enable it but if you also want to create custom post you may want to use the “essential grid plugin”
Visual composer extensions may not work depending on the extensions, our theme also make modifications to the modules of the visual composer so if your extensions also make modifications you may run into a plugin conflict.
We make support for everything that is included by default with the theme but don’t do support for customizations.

About the category descriptions we are not sure of what you are referring to.
