Is there a way to link back to sections on a one-page home page from the menu on a separate page?
For example: http://vstarsystems.com/#section-services vs. http://vstarsystems.com/system-development/The second link is a separate page the user can navigate to from the home page, but then then menu linking won’t work to get back.

Installing and activating the theme causing the WP site not loading in the Windows 7 Chrome browser (leaving a blank page). When I remove the theme by using ftp, the WP site works again with the default theme. I tried installing both directly or via ftp without any success. Please help.

Thank you for contacting us. The WHMCS Bridge free version provides no option to custom user dashboard page. Even in pro version, it only provide some option to change style of pages. You can learn more about the pro version here:

If you customize code of the theme, then every time it gets updated. It would lose all your customization. You should find an approach to customize code of the child theme instead. Working with child theme would save your customization once you update the theme.

Hello Yes I been working to set up my One Host theme for past few weeks when i had time and i`m getting to the end of it where i can say i`m done. I’m so sorry for the mistake. I typed in the wrong field. Sorry for that again.
The update does not make the style of client area using WHMCS 6 look like our demo but make style of WHMCS 6 display better. You need go to Pages > WHMCS bridge then choose WHMCS to be the page template. Choose custom layout to have sidebar in WHMCS bridge. If you choose to have sidebar, you need to go to Appearance > Widgets > WHMCS sidebar then drag the widgets you need.

I bought the theme OneHost and am having some problems:
- I did a clean install Wordpress on a dedicated server and I installed your theme and then import the data displays. I also imported the Revolution Slider Slides in but I feel that CSS does not rise. See www.mkdir.fr the cool effects of the home page isn’t working.
- I haven’t the license for Visual Composer or Slider Revolution.
- When I want to do manipulations with Visual Composer in frontend editor or backend editor mode on the picture box “Higt Performance” for example, Visual Composer still load but it doesn’t display anything.
I am very sorry for my broken English.

The 2 problem is not very awful. Actually, you do not need to care about the license. We have included it in our theme. The authors of the two plugins do not allow second-leveled customers to update the theme automatically. We will take care of them.

Hi there, i’m loving this theme ! And implemented it on my site. I would like the theme to retrigger the fancy effects when using menu or scrolling.
So here’s my question : How can i auto retrigger the effects ( like fade in etc ) when scrolling or go to a section by the menu ?

By default, those effects only run once so visitors will not feel complex.
If you really want, you have to change the code. That is really complicated because if you changed the code, after any update, all of them would be gone.

hello i installi it and everything works fine but for some reason there is no slider data in revolution slider and the page shows me the following error “slider with alias fullscreen_transparent not found” how can i import only slider settings and fix this error?

This happens once you have not imported the slider. Please follow the screenshots below
Go to Revolution Slider.
Click Import Slider button on the bottom right.
Click Choose file and select a slider in Slider folder from the download package.
Click Import Slider button to start importing. It usaually takes seconds to finish.Hope this help

I have a question about the slideshow speed for the testimonial slider – after clicking yes on “enable slider” new options appear, one of these is “slide show speed.” When putting a value into this box, the slider speed remains at a default speed no matter what number I enter here. This is on the general tab, not on the animations tab where you can set the speed for both duration and delay. If there were a way for me to send a screen shot, I would do that to help clarify the problem. We have also tried a different testimonial slider plugin which also has problems with slider speed in the onehost theme, but not in the WordPress default theme. Is there any way to resolve this? So far we have really loved the theme, but this issue is presenting a problem for our client. Thank you!

The value above is the speed (or maybe the time) for an animation to be completed. Not the slider.

If this is the case, then this option should be removed – the note on the option says “Set the speed of the slideshow cycling (in ms).” below the options box. adding a value in the box has no effect on the animation speed of the slider or the cycling speed. Interestingly enough, if I disable the ta testimonial slider plugin and install another one from a different developer, it also has problems with the slider autorotate feature in this theme, but works fine in another theme. I hope you get it sorted out best –

Hello, I am trying to find documentation on how to have full screen HTML5 video on the onehost theme. Something similar to the demo: http://demo.themealien.com/onehost/homepage-video-dark/
When i click for documentation when logged in to WordPress the page is not found.
Also when looking at the theme using IE11 the CONTACT US box on the homepage does not have a border around it. All other browsers have.

1. Access to your dashboard, then move to all pages. Then, choose Homepage Video Dark, and choose to customize row as the screenshot below

Thank you for your response. The 2nd issue relates to the homepage when you first land on this page. Under where it says SKYLOCK IT in large letters there is a CONTACT US box and then ABOUT US. Its the white border around CONTACT US that is a problem in IE11. Could you have another look for me please? Kind regards.
