Hello! Thank you for the beautiful theme! I have a question—I have installed and almost fully customized the theme on my website, but am having trouble accessing theme options. When I click on it in the admin dashboard, nothing appears. I have tried deactivating plugins to no avail. Any advice on what the problem might be?

I am trying to re-arrange the order of featured products in the woo-featured slider. I saw in a response in this comments forum that the featured products are shown according to their publish date. If this is true I am having an issue. I have changed the published dates and updated the products and cleared the cache. It does not have any effect on the slider and the products remain in the same order. Thanks in advance

I very much need to insert a widget in the header just before the menu (I’ll disable the bars in top of highlighted menu item) to show social icons using a plug-in, and also RSS feed link. I am using the Header # 1 style. I asked support, and they said this is beyond the support because it needs some custom coding. I am not a coder, but I think that should not be that much work. Yes, that should be possible. To know how it’s setup, install a test site and import fashion demo on the test site. After that, you can edit the page to look at how it works and how you can replicate it.

I really need immediate help on a problem i have with the recent blog posts container.
I want to see the image of the first post in 1100×400. like this screenshot. And this only works with this one image i uploaded in june. When i upload an image now, with same format, same size, it shows like the second screenshot. Cut of and not the size it should be.

Hi, this is a pre-sales question. I wanted to know if the responsiveness of the theme could accommodate the ability to design different layouts for different devices (of the same page). I noticed, for example that in Avada Fashion (case study 2):

So, is there a way of having the good version on a laptop and a specifically designed page just for mobiles? I realise that the whole point of responsiveness is that this happens automatically, but I wanted to know if there is a manual way you can control what is seen, depending on the device.
If this cannot be done, is there any way of ensuring which parts of the image shows on mobile devices, for example, so that in the above link the models’ faces can be seen.

We’re going to add a feature to use a different background image for mobile in such containers because of the technical limitations. However, you can also use background position to change how the background is located http://d.pr/i/1iY42 but it will change for both desktop and mobile.
You can also show / hide a container on mobile which might be another solution to the problem.
