Each of our column shortcodes has the option to hide/show that particular column and it’s content on a mobile device, you can go ahead and try that to streamline the amount of content displayed

Hi, I’m trying to position the “View Our Programs” div on top of the layerslider so that the top of my background image overlaps the slider.
How Would I do this? I tried making the slider position absolute and using z-index but the background image didn’t appear, just the content.

Hello.
I just bought the theme.
I am trying to put my icons in the flip boxes on the frontpage. I can do this but when I use my own icons Icon Circles dissapear. I even change the background of the circle but it only works when i use your icons.
Is this supposed to work like this? I mean, does the circle arround the icons, only work with your icons?

Why the posts titles on Avada are in h2 and not h1 ? Thank you for your great theme !

In the default setup the page title is the h1 element as seen here -> http://theme-fusion.com/avada/aenean-odio-mauris-consectetur-quis/
If you want to alter this, you can:
1 – Keep the page title bar as the h1 and then disable the h2 post title here -> Theme Options Panel >> Blog >> Blog Single Post Page Options >> Post Title
2 – Disable the page title bar for single posts and enable the post title in the Theme Options Panel and then edit this file -> single.php and change line 168 to this:
<?php echo avada_render_post_title( $post->ID, FALSE, ’’, ‘1’ ); ?>

I do not think that this item is on our development list right now, but stand to be corrected. In the meanwhile the only alternative would be to use the toggle shortcode -> http://theme-fusion.com/avada/accordion-toggles/ – to emulate a FAQ shortcode. The difference being that you would need to manually add in the content for the toggles

You can have as many pages on your site as you wish. The license is tied to the domain install of the theme and does not restrict you to any number of pages on your site

Hello, in the “Portfolio Categories”, the list is by “Name” when you look at the portfolio/gallery page. Is there some way so that the list can be by Date instead? I cannot find anything that can change this? thank you

This would need a customization of the portfolio template. You can find it in Avada/templates/portfolio-layout.php. Unfortunately this falls outsie of what we can support, so you would have to do it yourself.

I keep trying to update the styling in the Fusion Slider but its not accepting any changes. It keeps referring back to the default settings. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Having a strange issue with our site… When you scroll fast up and down in Chrome the header background disappears. When you scroll slowly, it reappears. See video below:

Do you fully support DOkan multi seller plugin for woocommerce and/or any other multi sellers platforms? Some themes has issues with dokan with tags not being saved.
As well my current theme has customized taxonomies for Authors & Publishers – does your theme support importing those? or maybe o i need a third party plugin? Thats the main thing stopping me from switching a theme.

We’ve not tested that ourselves so cannot guarantee it, however it should be fine. If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.
Regarding the custom taxonomies: Well in WP there is no functionality toimport custom taxonomies on button click. They have internal structure and it is up to the vendor what they include and how they play together. So you may need a third party plugin here. But this shouldn’t be an unsolveable problem that keeps you from switching themes, since in general everything is doable.

Hi, could you help us with an issue with Firefox? We are doing a website with Avada Theme. We change the type of button with these CSS:

These CSS make the button red with gradient. In Chrome Browser it’s OK, but in Firefox browser the button is still like the demo. We have the last version of firefox, we tried in different notebook and from different device. The site is: http://www.bellabiking.com/en/

Images are getting pixelated when uploaded and I am unable to find a proper size and dpi resolution recommended. Can you assist with the appropriate minimum size, dpi, resolution ?

A regular 72 DPI image will suffice, providing it is not too small in dimensions when added to a fullscreen slider, for example. The are no perfect dimensions, but what must be considered is where the image is being applied.
The first slider image seen here -> http://theme-fusion.com/avada/cafe – has these dimensions -> 1,900px × 1,169px which will be fine, particularly on high resolution screens

Hello I have contact form 7 but I don’t see form options in your theme options
On your website this page indicates http://theme-fusion.com/avada/advanced-admin-panel/form-options/ Avada includes built-in styles for both of these plugins so the forms will fit nicely with the overall design of the theme.Can you tell me where is this form option?

There are no dedicated form options in the Theme Options panel for the plugins. The form elements just will be styled like the theme automatically.
