I’ve had this theme installed for over a year and I do love it. It is very flexible and comprehensive. I have to admit that I’m struggling with these weekly updates!!! I’m considering redesigning using something that isn’t being updated so frequently.

glad you like the theme and sorry to hear about your troubles with the updates this week, please post to the support forum with a description of your issue and we’ll do our best to give you a hand. In general you don’t need to apply each update, some are just so I provide the latest updates of some of the main plugins included with the theme like Revolution slider and Visual Composer, but unless those are some security updates you don’t need to update each time, so you can always review the changelog and decide whether you need to update at the moment.

a quick answer to your question, embedding should be as easy as just generating what you want then copy/paste the code provided into a page or post or a Text widget in your WordPress site, this should not be theme specific, here’s a couple of examples for embed code instructions:
- https://instagram.com/developer/embedding/
- http://blog.instagram.com/post/55095847329/introducing-instagram-web-embeds
- http://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/204224863-Add-an-Instagram-Feed-to-Your-Site

Second, I am not able to figure out how to set the transparency of the Top and Footer section. I do find a setting for main menu, but not for the entire section. Please, have a look at: build.video-marketing-bamberg.de

Dear Author Team,
I suggest the Author provide the lesson for synthesized use of theme including defaulted plugin in program, such as Ess.Grid, Revolution Slider, Visual Composer for new user. Because i don’t understand to use when mix use of these theme and plugin, thanks.

There is nothing specific for their use regarding this theme or any other theme, they can simply be used with any theme. You can simply start using them

Where can i find slider with no costs?
For Revolution slider premium support and auto update is only available for users that have purchased the slider themselves, because your copy came with my theme you get updates and support through me, or you need to post any questions in the theme’s support forum.

Hello there!
I have a problem with Visual Composer, when installing it to the theme it show this message “Plugin install failed. Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Hello there,
Awesome theme.
My clients want to remove the + icon next to the drop down menu. (Even if there are sub-menus he does not want to display the + icon).
Eg. Home + Features +.....
How can i remove the + Icon?

My client is still on version 2.0.0. Is there a way to export the setting or will I lose everything when I update the theme?....
No, you won’t lose the settings, the theme settings are saved within the WP database and more specifically the options table, however since you’re updating from a much older release make sure after the update to re-save the theme’s options page.

U-Design is an excellent theme, well coded with good documentation. I like U-Design for its great flexibility and it’s Not Overwhelm with a deluge of options which can result in “Änalysis Paralysis”.
