Hi,

The menu does not appear in the mobile version. When I click the navigation, a blank menu slides in from the right. How can I get the menu to dropdown in the mobile version.

I would also like the logo & header to be bigger in the mobile version, where can I change this.

Hello. I bought your theme a couple months ago but only installed it yesterday… Still thinkin’ the whole deal is great ‘though i’m having troubles uploading images (kinda big problem, however). It seems that everytime i try to upload an image which height is higher than 700 px i get an error message… This must be me doing something wrong. Can you help me please ? Thanks in advance

Hey… Scroll is not good: on Windows it works fine (using trackpad or mouse) but on Mac OS, if you’re scrolling on the trackpad it is very buggy. Is there a way to improve the scrolling? Can you take a look at jm.sparkagency.pt?

If you can, try to scroll on a MACOSX using the trackpad. Can you notice that it is not that smooth? I’m not using the smooth scroll/stylized scroll bar option. Are there any sensibility settings on the files we can tweak to make it better?

Hi Salient, On some of the pages of my website, I have removed the top navigation menu using this code: #header-outer, #header-space { display: none!important; } But the issue is that there is a blank space at the top, how can I remove that? I have problems with the navigation on my website. E.g pressing the tag button “neu gelernt” on the page http://hoge-uebler.de/2015/10/04/gelesen-das-spinoza-problem/ gives just an empty page with a loading circle. Using “open on new tab” for the button works as expected.

Anything I can change?

Hello! Long time User of Salient. Been trying to use Calendarize it! Plugin with no such luck. for the Life of me I cannot seem to figure out how to not make Salient override the plugin . Seems class*=”icon-” is overriding everything for a single event. Ive submitted ticket 546413 with you guys that has screenshots and such. but since i haven’t seen anyone else post about calendarize it! and salient I thought id make a post here and hopefully find a solution between you all and the plugin developer. Ive submitted a ticket with them as well to hopefully find a solution.

I’ve done all steps you mentioned (Update to WordPress 4.3.1 and Salient 6.1.5) but it doesn’t solve the problem of loading Open Sans ext latin chars (needed on german sites – ö,ä,ü and so on) espaccially in former firefox verions. Please take a look on my ticket 533344. We need to solve the problem soon!

We use the TEXT WITH ICON element throughout our website. The text is fine, but almost ALL of the selected icons are now missing on several pages. Ticket #546368 has all of the details. A quick resolution would greatly be appreciated.

Great theme! I was wondering if there was a way to add an image background with the Background Type set to HTML5 using the particles. I see there’s a field to edit the BG Color but not to add an image background. Is this possible through custom css?

It’s been almost 2 months now and I still have not gotten a response from support for a private ticket I posted months ago (#481985).

I have been having an issue for a while now with the single page prev/next navigation as it doesn’t seem to go through all the portfolio items. It skips three portfolio items when it’s supposed to go through all portfolio items.

I created a private ticket about this on July 18th, 2015 and have had some replies of suggestions of what I could do to fix this. I was communicating back and forth with Tahir trying out different things to fix this until August 8,2015 when I got a request for the login info to enable Tahir to check out what’s wrong. I posted the requested information the next day after which there have been no replies or at least some updates on how it is going. I have asked very nicely for an update more than once and have still not gotten a reply.

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this theme as I felt it was a great theme that came with great support UNTIL NOW that is.

PLEASE! I know that the support team is busy but that does not warrant being ignored for almost 2 months especially since I have been very patient and cordial since the beginning.

I am trying to change the styling on the buttons to rounded. Tried changing that option in the general settings but they remain square.

I am using a child theme, don’t know if that related, because the call to action button wasn’t appearing and I had to add some code in custom CSS to make it appear.
