Hi, I am facing a problem to setup this theme “page layout”. Actually i want to use this layout. http://newsmartwave.net/switcher/?theme=porto_wp . I extracted all files (http://s15.postimg.org/hmru2470b/screenshot_12.png) from documentation folder but didn’t find the specific layout. when i want to see the documentation everytime it shows loading…http://s15.postimg.org/mcmd4gnej/screenshot_13.png . How to see the specific page layout documentation? Please let me know.

Hi,i updated Version 2.5.5 to Version 2.5.7 but the WPBakery Visual Composer didn’t after i regenerated the css files, is there a problem if i didn’t update to Version 2.5.6?
Please delete visual composer plugin in Plugins and install again in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi, Please extend memory_limit to 128M or higher in php.ini. Please add the following code below define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); in wp-config.php define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’); If it’s not fixed after change, please send me wp admin and ftp accounts through support page. Let me check.

I just purchased and installed this theme,
upgraded to wordpress 4.3.1 and Woocommerce 2.4
I’m hosted on hostgator,
All looks good EXCEPT that when I do a test buy, no NEw Order Emails are coming through,
All the Woocommerce settings are set correctly,
any ideas, this is so frustrationg,
It work perfectly before on an older version of wordpress and another theme,

hi i have since the last update a problem with the single product page (backend). I cant edit nor add products like this. Many functions are not working on the single product page. But this is only on the single product page in the backend, all other pages are working fine, i can edit and add posts and pages.
I think there are javascript issue when load the page. Please check after deactivate the plugins one by one.
For widgets, you have it setup with a title on a background and an arrow to the right of it. When adding any widgets, the you can see the arrow is up, means the accordion is down.
How would we make the accordion for widgets to be closed until we click on the arrow to push it down and open it.

What if I DO NOT want to use Visual Composer? Will I still be able to use the theme in its entirety with all functions (minus VC)?
