Hi, 1. Did you enabled mod_rewrite module in Apace server? Please check the permalinks in Settings > Reading. 3. Please upload theme again via ftp server and regenerate default css files in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS.

Permalink are on date and tilte. Now an other probleme. Footer has gone. And i can’t replace it.

hi….I am on the final stage to buy this theme..and just one last query if you can answer please: 1) I need to display products in list view without any images, for each product there should be only product name, price, quantity and add to cart option all displayed in a single line like a food menu list. is it possible? If yes then would you help me in setting up such list view?
2) Can the cart remain open always (no need to hover mouse on it) once the item is added in it? or is it possible to pop-up the cart once any item is added in it.
3) and regarding that mobile sms..will I will need to purchase some other plugin or in this theme we can set it up?
4) Hope you understand my concerns as i need to be sure before buying this theme that my requirements can be met or not…

Hi, 1. Porto theme will be show default woocommerce placeholder image if the product image is not exist. You should customize porto theme. 2. Porto theme don’t have this feature. 3. You should purchase another plugin. Regards.

Regarding product display on shop, I see that you have ‘grid view’ and ‘list view’. Do you plan to add ‘table view’ as well. I need to display products in table view with thumbnail images, product name, price, quantity and add to cart option all displayed in tables. Thanks.

Hi, You should add a special price when edit the product. I think you are not using porto product image functions. If you customize it, can’t be work the sale price.
I use the flash sale from the theme but its not working are shoing hot and promo but not the percent.
When edit the product, did you add a special price? If you installed another plugin, it can’t be work correctly.

Is it possible to completely remove the sidebar from a page? I have tried switching layout to wide width or full layout but the default right sidebar always shows up (i.e. search, recent posts, recent comments, etc). I see options for selecting which sidebar you want to display on the page, but no options to hide/remove it completely.
Please check “Layout & Sidebar” in View Options when edit the page.
I’m looking at the Viewing Options, but Under “Layout & Sidebar” all I see is a checkbox that says “Use selected layout and sidebar”. I still don’t see anything about hiding it? Right now it’s not checked but I still see the sidebar.
Did you fixed the issue? If you want to select the layout and sidebar, you should check “Layout & Sidebar” field.

Hi, Please backup db and theme files. Please update the required plugin after upload porto theme. Please regenerate default css files in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS. If you are using wp cache plugin, please delete the caches.
Hello. I have a BIG problem with your theme. After simple changing an option in “Porto Settings 2.5.6” the Porto Settings screen just become “frozen” and not reacting anymore. I can click any other link in Wordpress admin and everything works, but when I come back to Theme Settings the panel is non-reactive and I can only click “Save Changes” or “Reset Option” button. If I click “Save Changes” I get default theme version. I lost all my hard work in customizing the theme! Is there a way to make a Theme Option screen reactive again without reseting to default version and loosing all my hard work?

1. Is it possible to add the quantity box in the item boxes so that they won’t have to go to another page to add quantity?
2. Does this theme support grouped product? Users can buy the “set” in just one click. Example: I display a full outfit from head to toe. The page would be able to display each items in case the user wants to buy the items separately, then there will be a button to add everything in the cart. Kind of similar to this WooCommerce extension http://www.woothemes.com/products/product-bundles/
3. We might need a cut-off time feature. Example, the cut off time for all orders within the day is 1:00 P.M, orders beyond that time will be for delivery the next day. Wondering if that is also possible.

i have today updated to the last version of the theme and after i updated i can’t access to checkout and cart page on frontend.Browser redirect automaticlly to 404 page.

Great theme! I am doing my best to find support here in the comments. Regarding the header, I want to make it transparent. I want to make the full screen slider take the entire window, and the menu float over it completely transparent. I’ve tried the settings, and custom CSS. what would be the best method to accomplish this?

Hello, I never had any problem using the theme on localhost, but as I moved it to a cpanel web host (php version: 5,5) I am facing a strange problem.
Theme option is not working fine for me, in the beginning its all cool, but as soon as I make one change and I click on save changes, I can’t have access to any tab to make any change.

Hi, Please check after extend memory_limit to 128M or higher in php.ini. Please add the following code below define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false) in wp-config.php: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’); If it’s not working please extend memory_limit to 256M or higher. If it’s not working, please send me wp admin and ftp accounts through support page. Let me check.

Hi, You can customize the member template files. You should change content-archive-member.php and content-member.php, content-member-*.php. You can use porto child theme and copy this file in child theme and customize it.

You mean with FTP or through WP plugins panel? Tried with WP and Woocommerce plugin and it shows another different issue “Impossibile copiare il file. woocommerce/includes/admin/meta-boxes/class-wc-meta-box-product-data.php”
