I am unable to view some of the demo sites for this theme…

hi Guys wondering if you can help me with the smart content box. The thumb nails have been blurry. The reason is that the thumb nails that it’s been grabbing have been smaller than the size need it. Example if the content block needs a thumbnail for safe 500×500 it goes and grabs a thumbnail for 300×300. But this is just a example not the real sizes. So do you guys have any suggestions about how I can fix this.

Hi, I wanted to know when True Mag will finally have the option of having a Centered Logo like NewsTube offers. Most website layouts use and allow centered logos and its very hindering that True Mag doesn’t allow this option. I have had to pay to get certain things customized on True Mag, but don’t feel that I should have to pay more money for something that is standard on every other theme that I have purchased from ThemeForest. I really hope to have this option available with your next theme update.

I would like to note that I have reached out to your Customer Support and they have helped me with a lot of things as well, which has been very helpful and appreciated by me, but they can not help with this issue at the moment and would love this option to be available, without having to pay more money.

Hi, I i want to but the truemag template. It is really amazing and well-suited for my self-hosted video website. But I found some sort of bug in self-hosted video page. If I re size the browser screen and reduce its width, suddenly everything will get mixed up around video. Is it some sort of bug? How can it be fixed? Thank you

Hi, just a simple question: I know what the selfhosted video [player style] looks like on the actual video page. What I would like to know is, how it looks and works with selfhosted video when it is shown like on the page listing: VIMEO and YOUTUBE below: hover opens the watch now or quick view. If Quick View is chosen = what does the selfhosted video look like in the lightbox? I just would like to see a sample of the possibilities for selfhosted. Thank you very much.

We would like to know how to create more specified channel listing pages…? We currently have the standard channel listing page(as we all do), our site needs more detailed listing(including the current global), there is a need for way to create channel listing by channel ids (preferred) or categories or tags.

I guess its the channel-listing.php, but no information what to do further..

I would really appreciate your mini guide how to create channel listing and include channels there by 1 of the 3 methods mentioned above.

I installed a plugin! (Carousel) and it came into conflict with the plugin account visualizations! I had to remove them and reinstall (BAW Post View Cont) again, but he is not working, it does not count the number of access posts.

Hi, this is a pre-sale question. I see the video playlist at home page in “CLASSY SLIDER”,but there is no self-hosted video on the playlist. Cuz Vimeo or YouTube is absolutely fine on mobile devices, how about self-hosted videos on that playlist? Thanks! Also, if it available, any live demo for self-hosted videos on playlist?

is it possible to list the Top Rated 50 videos (posts) on a separate page? Smart content box can only list 27 posts and the Post Grid (i want to use that) can’t list Top Rated or Most Viewed posts, it can only order by date, id, user….

What can i do?

I was very happy to see the addition of Channels and Playlists, however I have yet to be able to get them to render properly. It appears that the CSS is missing from the 4.0 update, or there’s an extra plug-in I have not installed that is required. I’ve so far avoided just uploading the full theme again for fear of losing customizations and also loading unnecessary plug-ins.

Anyone else have this issue?
