You are wrong. This is working fine only on the first page. From page #2 and on the second image (on hover) in the catalog page is not working. Tested in Chrome (and has to work with it).

After seeing your site I saw that cart link is not clickable so after apply this code:

So copy the above code, go to Theme Options > Footer and paste it in Custom JavaScript field, this should work for you as well.

1 sometimes the name of the product is too long and it overlap the + simbol (the symbol to add product on the page), ho can I fix it?

2 I would like add a liitle costum filter, just on some pages like a dropdown menu to select the size of the ring. Is that possible?

3 The last things is the order of the products on the page. I saw that there is a small menu at the top right of the page that is default selected. How can I change the default view using some others menu voice?

If you can paste the url of your site which is using Aurum template, it will help me understand the issue with “Loading cart contents…”.

For translations, make sure you have latest version of Aurum 2.6 in order to be able to translate theme strings. We have fixed this issue which was reported in earlier versions.

To translate it use Loco Translate.

To translate theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.

1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations

2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc

3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w

4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek

5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w

Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ

After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

Sorry for the delay of answer, we weren’t in the office during the weekend so I apologize for not replying to you. Other staff members where here but they weren’t able to help you with this.

1. For this go to Appearance > Menus, then create new menu, add your links to the pages (click save changes), and then go to Theme Options > Header, select the menu from the dropdown as demonstrated here: http://drops.laborator.co/16X2a

The only downside of this is because either user is logged or not logged in it will show the same links.

3. These options are shown when you go to Product page in WordPress admin panel, and then click edit product, then in the right this is shown, you just click Edit in catalog visibility field:

4. To do this you need to modify files manually, so if you want to add something in that page under the login form here edit this file:

_{wp-content/themes/aurum/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php}

Note that when you update the theme you will lose the changes, so always save a backup file, when you update the theme you will replace the files again.

1. Its the best way to upload images and make them look fine is to make them all one size (format) so then you can handle it better.

For example go to Theme Options > Shop Settings and set image size for example 265×400 like to be shown in the image below:

Then regenerate the images (as suggestd in admin pannel), also to avoid cropping you can use this form 265×400x0 this will not crop the images.

Remember that the first rule is to upload images of same size/format as featured image, that will make your site look better.

2. To know the CSS path for specific element, just use Inspect Element:

Then apply the css to custom css.

3. To fix the contact form issue just add this line of code in functions.php:

define( 'LAB_NO_CONTACT_TOKEN', true );

That’s not an option included within the theme, and all the other users that have done this is manually by editing the theme core files, you can try achieving it somehow if you’re familiar with PHP but please take care of the theme and edit the Child Theme.

Also I have a query… In the aurum theme on the homepage the header stays intact while the rest of the page along with the banner moves while scrolling… whereas in this website http://bymerci.com/ the banner image stays intact while the rest of the page along with the header moves while scrolling..just have a look at that site.. 3— Please contact your hosting provider for this, this is not a theme issue, but a server issue.

1. To set masonry layout for blog, copy the below shortcode and set to your page:

After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

We tried the solutions you asked us for.

1. The shortcodes did not work for Masonary effect for the Blog. 2. never got a solution for the Sales page, how to get all the products on sell at one place? 3. We want to change the ‘Add to Cart’ to ‘Add to Bag’, but your solution was to change the language all over the site.

So we are still at the same page. Can you help us in quickly with right solution? Or can u do it from youside if we give u the login access to our development site’s FTP?

1. It is possible, the theme is fully supported for WPML – the most popular translation plugin.

2. I haven’t noticed this, we will look up and if it is a bug we’ll try to fix it.

I have one more question. I am simply not able to display the price of a product excluding the tax. The shop is for the German market. I need two options.

1. I have to display the price of a product without tax and right below the tax-portion. 2. I need a textfield where I can write some text beside of the price.

P.S: You are using an old version of our theme (2.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.6), please update theme.

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure

Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
