I’m not able to add a line break in the code for a line of text. I’ve never seen this issue before, any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to put prices on separate lines and it simply mashes it all together.

I cannot get the body font to change sizes or color. It changes font, but that’s all. I do have both typography settings and body settings enabled in the buddha panel. Am I missing something?

Hi! With the calendar, are you able to assign bookings to a room? My client has 3 staff, 2 rooms available for treatments and additional services that can all run simultaneously as long as a staff member is available. I don’t know how to set up the calendar so she can book multiple services at the same time…but when the rooms are full then the time slot would be unavailable. Make sense?

I’m sorry, I was not clear. The slider is allright, the theme allows me to insert images, but how do I fill the Icon boxes? both the icons (leafs, bells, hearts etc) and the images below? Best regards Rebecca

Kindly, Try the following ways,
1)This error is caused by trying to install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself.
The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc.
So unzip package and find actual theme file then install theme.
2) Go to Wpfolder > wp-content > Themes > Paste actual theme directory folder

Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

I noticed when you discussed Color Options – you showed a screenshot of the Buddha Panel with an option called “Color Options”.
I do not have that option in my Buddha Panel. How can I get that option?
Also I cannot locate the “About Us” page.
I have downloaded another Dream Spa zip file. Where do I find the About Us page & download into my Working draft of Dream Spa. I’m very leery of doing it incorrectly and messing up what I have been working on.
I know I can always restore a backup – but I rather ask the Expert!

1) We do not have “Color Options” separately in our dreamspa theme. You have option to change the color of menu, font from the integration tab in buddha panel. Which screenshot did we show you?
2) Attached the about us page shortcodes in the text file. Just create a new page and paste the contents in the text file in “Text” mode and check it.

How do you change fonts in the webpages? I’ve been reading the comments and I see that you add the font family to the font directory, but how do you access the font when you wish to edit a webpage? Same question about size. Thank you in advance- Deb K

Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo. So that, the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.
