Hi, There is a lot of white space between each of my rows, and I wanted to reduce the space between each row. I tried setting the bottom margin to 0px, but that didn’t work.

Thank you for purchasing! You can add Vertical Spacers with negative values, but the easy way seems to be placing the elements inside the same row (instead of using a row for each element).

The theme adds and removes some Visual Composer elements. It seems that you have created these elements with a version of Visual Composer that was not included with the theme.
The theme should have alternatives to all those page elements, but if there’s something that you need and it is not provided with the theme, please send us a private message with a link and explain what you would like to see added to the theme.

1) Update the theme;
2) Deactivate and delete Samba Framework plugin (you will not lose any information);
3) Go to Appearance>Install plugins and re-install Samba Framework and Visual Composer (if you haven’t already);

Updated visual composer the other day due to a message I got about a security issue. Everything seemed to be working fine until today. Now I’m having an issue with shortcodes. I tried re-installing the original version that came with the Samba theme, but I’m still having issues with the shortcodes. Can you please help me get my site back to normal?
Additional info: The site is displaying shortcode elements differently every time it is refreshed. Styled titles are not displaying properly, latest portfolio appears and disappears, columns appear and disappear, etc.

Nope, sorry. I do not have any messages like that and there are no options anywhere for updating the theme or the plugins. I’m currently using version 4.9.
You are mixing old theme versions with the latest version of Visual Composer and that is why it is not working properly. Please update the theme and the bundled plugins all together. Thank you. Just an FYI, I had notifications for updates turned on, but I have not received any notifications for any updates. That would have solved everything.
Unfortunately, now I am having a problem with the theme buttons. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get it centered (like it was before I updated). I had everything perfect, and I hate that I have to go back and tweak all this stuff just because of an update.

I have installed the Template on http://bp.gobrig.com/ and its looking great however, there is a minor change I am looking forward to make on the front page. The slides should be triggered using the scroll down/up (mouse) or scroll down/up arrows (keyboard) instead of scroll left/right.

Hi! Is it safe to update the Visual Composer plugin? When I tried to replace version 4.5 (which you say is tweaked to work with Samba) with the latest version 4.7.4 I get a lot of shortcodes showing public on pages. Thanks for any suggestions on this.
My site went white since I updated the theme and then I was forces to updated the plugins as well. The shortcodes are not showing anymore but many of my pages look bad and I have lost information in service boxes. Can you please take a look and see what can be done? I noticed some formatting issues on a website that I use Samba with. The formatting issue in particular seems to only be for IE9. I’ve tested it with IE10, IE 11, Firefox, and Chrome and they seem to be working fine.
The website has two columns. One is a content column and the other to the right of the content column has text blocks that are aligned with different paragraphs that they correspond to.
In IE9 instead of showing up next to their respective paragraph, they are displayed underneath their respective paragraph and the content column stretches to fill where the right hand column would normally be.
It’s almost as if the second column is disappearing. Just wondering if you had any idea of how to fix this?

Question: On the tablets, while viewing the carousal, if you click on an item, it stretches it and shows you the image, however only the “title” is clickable to be taken to its page, how can I make the Image itself clickable and take the user to the page. right now it does nothing.

Clicking on the title is unacceptable for this client. but default a person is not going to know to click the title, and instead will think the website is broken.

Well, it is intended to be like that and the same thing happens on the theme preview. Also, that particular element was not coded by us. It is a plugin that is included with the theme http://codecanyon.net/item/accordion-slider-responsive-and-touch-accordion/140404 – so we can’t tell exactly what need to be changed.
If you can’t do that customization and really need that change, you probably need to hire someone to implement that.
