If you except “support” for this item, forget it already. If you are not familiar with coding, stay away from it! This theme is not for end-user.

First of all, the theme panel is very poor, it’s not flexible as advertised by vendor. You cannot customize your page as you desire. All I know If your target is end-user, you should design your product for them.

I really still don’t get how to change just background, body, link etc. color. This theme is being advertised like “with unlimited color bla bla” but you have only 6 presets to select. At least we could able to create our own preset but there is no option to do it. I would like to use boxed layout but there is only wide option which is totally a fail. I’ve added a background image but there is nothing on the front page. Imported demo data but it’s deficient. There are no images so you won’t see a page like the live previews, you will encounter a messed up page.

It’s very confusing for a newbie. I have another theme for our Opencart based store, you can customize almost every single thing from the theme panel, EVERYTHING and one by one.

The support is terrible because I’m waiting just a reply to my questions for almost 3 days.

The plugins like Visual Composer, Revolution Slider are not free exactly, you need to pay to update them.

I almost buy everything online but, I’m very regretful for a purchase for the first time. I feel like be ripped off.

I could prefer Magento over WC if I’m familiar with coding or big resource to hire someone. So please do not tell me to go and learn how to edit css/php files to use your theme.

Just bought the theme and I’m very confused with the customisation and all. I’ve worked with way easier themes in the past, especially the demo content, you can’t really work with it. It shows all wrong in the visual composer and it’s missing things but overall I think I’ll figure it out. I’m now in the theme options and I wanted to know what is “Customize” and “CPanel” what do they do?

hello, I really like your theme and I want to buy it but I have few questions: 1. is it possible when you click on picture, that link leads you to product page? 2. on category page “sort by” and “show per page” doesn’t work so will you fix this and when? 3. can I see documentation of the theme? 4. on quick view, theme doesn’t have + and – so will you fix this or it needs to be like this? 5. can I see how theme will looks like with more filters (colors, size…etc) Regards
