Hi i have installed the theme but when I click ‘Begin installing plug-ins’ in WP a blank webpage opens with the message ‘Cannot load tgmpa-install-plugins.’

Hi, you can set a general background for all the inner pages from theme settings, and you can set also individual page backgrounds from page edit.

You can use the Featured images visual composer element with link to the album page.

When using Visual Composer can you use a youtube video as the opening page but with different sound playing than whats on the video?
Hi, it is quite difficult to say since this would mean to separately control the video on youtube which is embedded code. Wouldn’t be a solution to create a video with a different sound (take the video and change the sound)
We have a problem about sending messages by contact page. The confirmation message “Thanks, your email was sent successfully.” appears but e-mail is NOT sent. We already configured correctly the e-mail on theme configuraction.

Hi, Just installed the theme. When changing the background image it dissapears behind the standard texture that comes with the theme. How come?
Hi, you are probably setting the background from theme customizer. Please remove the background from customizer and set it from Appearance -> JamSession Settings (use the built in functionality for the page backgournd)

Hi, you need to use a image with a bigger resolution, the actual image is only 300px width which is too small for a full screen background.

1 – Can I put a soundcloud player at the home page? 2 – I only saw vimeo videos at the sample pages. Can I use youtube on home page? 3 – Can I put galleries at home page, or only featured images? 4 – There is no Bio or About page? 5 – Can i put band’s social networks at home (or any other page)?

You can add SoundCloud anywhere, see the following URL: http://help.soundcloud.com/customer/portal/articles/1338578-how-to-post-to-wordpress 2. Both YouTube and Vimeo are supported. 3. You have a dedicated visual composer element where you can choose your favorite images, with a link to your gallery page. 4. There is no pre-defined Bio/About page, but you can create one using Visual Composer elements. 5. The social icons with links to your profile pages are automatically placed at the front page(for the classic demo) and on the contact pages. You just need to add your URLs to the your profiles in the theme settings, and the icons will automatically appear. If you have more questions, feel free to mail at support@smartwpress.com.

For the extended version, the social icons do not appear over the main slider, but it is scheduled for the next update to implement a visual composer element with the all social icons that are set in the theme settings. Feel free to mail and ask about this update anytime.

Hi. I just bought this theme. I’ve figured out most of it, but I want to use a MENU icon like in the Minimal Demo that opens up to the menu bar instead of having the menu items across the screen. Hi, You have different possibilities, you can add a slide and a URL to youtube/vimeo using the built in slider, or you can create a slide using slider revolution using either youtube/vimeo or a video from your media. You can check the extended demo slider, that starts with a video from media gallery in autoplay. The slider can be taken from the download package. I’m using JamSession to build a kick-ass looking Piano Shop website as most on the web look horrible.
I am using the Photo Gallery section for the individual pianos. So when a customer comes to this section, the image and a short description shows up.
My problem is when you get to the page description. The feature image does show on the page, but as a much smaller image. I know once you click on it the image will become larger, but I was wondering if there is a way to have the image displayed as its full sized without having to click on it. I made the image 960 px so it would take up the page, and then the specs and stuff can go underneath.
Any help in this would be greatful! The theme is pretty easy to put together, but this one thing is still troubling me.
