Hi, is there a way to change “Related products” heading text if so where. please note I have set the language to be arabic so the text is translated accordingly.
Hello! I’m having a problem with the grid of products on my homepage. For some reason, I can only have 3 columns or less, while I’d like to have 4 or 5. In the settings of the Woo-commerce Products Category block, I’ve filled in 4, still only 3 columns appear (and there’s enough room left on the right). I’d like to have the product pictures smaller so more products can fit into one row. I remember once seeing an error code somhwere, but can’t seem to find it again…
I hope you can help! The site is www.brabantmaakt.nl (and I’m talking about the homepage).

You are using an old version of our theme (2.5) and the latest version for the moment is (2.6), please update theme first.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins
you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure 
Then don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you still face the same problem then don’t hesitate to send us your login credentials via e-mail, I will take care of it.

Dear Art, I took me some time but I have updated the theme and all the plugins (except for LayerSliderWP, is that correct?). I’m still facing the same problem, no more than 3 columns on the homepage (instead of the 4 or 5 which I would like). To where shall I send you the login? Best! Doreen

I’d like to know how we can show the best selling products on start page. At the moment we’re using the built-in “Products” element in Visual Composer but we cannot choose to show the products sorted by popularity. We can only choose to only show featured products, which isn’t the best way.

To translate/rename theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

I am trying to enter these fonts in the «Typography» section of the Aurum theme.
For the Primary Font, I enter: https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=IM+Fell+DW+Pica:400,400italic ‘IM Fell DW Pica’, serif And for the Heading Font: https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=IM+Fell+DW+Pica+SC ‘IM Fell DW Pica SC’, serifHowever, when I click on «Save All Changes», I receive a brief «Error!» pop-up, and then nothing happens (and the fonts aren’t applied).
Could you please advice me on what is happening, and how I can properly set up my fonts?

For the contact page, I am wondering if it is possible to remove the ‘Subject field’ or atleast make it so it is a dropdown menu with pre-set subjects for customers to choose from.
Also is it possible to change the subject line of the e-mail when I recieve it?

Doing this with the implemented contact form is impossible, but you can achieve this with any plugin such as Contact Form 7, which is supported by the theme and it is really powerful.
You can change the subject line by editing the files of the theme but you will loose all the changes by the next update, so that’s not recommended.

I have added contact form 7, but how do I remove the current one and make it so the new form appears on the contact page with the google maps feature?
Also, have you guys added a feature that allows information to show once a customer selects a pin on the google maps feature?

Create a new page and don’t assign it as a Contact Page, simply add the Contact Form 7 via Visual Composer as a new element.
Then add the Google Map individually, this is the only way to have a different contact form from the one we have in our demo.
Regarding your other questions, unfortunately not, we haven’t added this kind of feature.

My product images are getting cropped on the top and bottom. I’m uploading an image that is 1000px x 1500px. I’ve tried disabling Hard Crop in WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display. I’ve tried the Regenerate thumbnails plugin, still no luck. I saw in the comments a suggestion to change the crop parameter in the add_image functions in functions.php, that seemed to work, but seems rather invasive. I could override these functions in my child theme, but they are use argument variables set by some logic path. Is there a simple way to override these functions in my child theme without breaking anything, or is there another way?

That means that you are not using our latest update of Aurum (currently 2.6).

Hi! What settings are needed to have UberMenu and this theme work together, like at http://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/home/home-2/?header-type=2&header-top-links=hide ? That page uses ubermenu, but on mobile it shows 1 responsive toggle. When I try to replicate that, I get one responsive toggle for search and cart, and another one for the rest of the menu. Thanks for any pointers!

Have tried multiple times to update the layers plugin found in your third party plugins through envato update tool, but the it refuses to update, Any other suggestions? I don’t want to lose the slides i already have in there.

This problem has happen to few users too. If Layer Slider refuses to update on your theme, than please go to Plugins tab and uninstall LayerSlider plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install plugins, install and activate the plugin and it will update to the latest version.
P.S: The slides will not loose, but to be sure 100% please export your sites before proceeding.
