I have Impreza version 2.2.1, but at my wordpress control panel shows that “You have version 3.13.4 installed. Update to 3.13.6” for Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer

It appeared becasue the Ultimate Addons plugin was updated after the Impreza theme, we will provide latest versions of bundled plugins in the next update, sorry for inconvenience. You can purchase stand alone licence to be able to recieve updates directly from vendor if needed.

Site is broken after updating to 2.0. I went to my back-up (the old Imprezza) and I get 403 error – forbidden to access on this server.

i have perchased this theme, but when i am trying to import the Dummy (armada.wordpress.2014-10-25.xml) it is not working!
Can you please help me installing the full dummy file (same as the live preview of this theme).
p.s i have contacted to my Hosting service and they ahve added php.ini to increase the memory.

Hello, if I want to update from 1.10.4 to 2.2.1 is it possible to overwrite (via FTP) the existing theme folder Impreza. Or is it better to make an new folder where I upload the new theme files?

I recommend to completely remove all folders and files from Impreza folder and upload latest version, don’t forget to make a backup before making changes to be in safe.

In case everything works fine, you can just overwrite files, i just gave you my recommendation, however, you can update automatically or manually there are no difference between.

It’s not a problem just useless files within a folder, you can remove these files or leave them there, they shouldn’t affect any issues. In case you want to get rid of these files, completely remove Impreza and install one more time.

Hello. If i want to edit the logo widget in my child theme, where should i put the file? – In the impreza main theme it’s located under framework/templates/widgets – but if i copy that file structure, it does not work.

Within the next days I want to update from version 1.10.4 to the latest version of your theme. But before I do this, is it possible to first only update the Visual Composer plugin from version 4.5 to version 4.7.4? If so, how do I do this?

You can download Impreza archive from Themeforest, extract it and find plugin within /Impreza/vendor/plugins/ but we don’t recommend to install Visual Composer 4.7.4 to outdated Impreza, because we didn’t test it and can’t give you a guarantee that it will work just fine, it can cause unexpected results. Anyway, don’t forget to make a backup before making any changes to be in safe.

When I edit a row and set the Row Height to Medium Paddings, it only adds padding to the top of the row, not the bottom.
How do I get it to add padding to the bottom (without adding a pixel height block, for responsive purposes)

Hi guys, I have just updated from 1.11.2 to the latest 2.2.1. I can see that there are major changes between the old single.php, archive.php etc. and the current ones. As I had build some customization on top of the old structure and had also some category-slugETC.php that now doesn’t work anymore, do you have any clue on that?

Hello, after install update Version: 2.2.1 i have a problem with the plug-in. In Dashboard i see on the plug-in navigation a (1). That means there is an update! But when i’m in PLUG-IN-Interface, everything is new. I have already delete the plug-in’s and re-uploaded all data. And install everthing new. Without success. I see always a (1). Can you help me please. Thank you.

Please try to swith Impreza theme to some default, which comes with WordPress (like Twenty Thirteen) and vice versa, having done this, clear the cache.

Impreza comes with XML files for import (you can find them within /Impreza/demo-import folder), also there is a automatic demo import possible, the structure will be the same, but the images used on the Live Preview are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the download file, so image files will be replaced with placeholders.

At the moment the Impreza theme comes without PSD files. There are PHP, CSS and JavaScript files included. You can make your own logotype, using Casper font, like we did on our demo site.

Where can we find Visual Composer within the theme to update it? Got notice that there is a security issue – can we just swap that out via ftp w/o touching anything else? Generally it’s in the plugins folder but I don’t see it there. Thanks!

You can find plugins within /wp-content/themes/Impreza/vendor/plugins. You should update Impreza theme to the latest version to use latest versions of bundled plugins, after updating you will see the notification at the top of the screen about plugins update.

Hello in the previous version of the theme I could see a contact form created by Quform popup from the top menu. It was enough to add this piece of code in the footer.php file.
