Hi Phil. On the Page Header settings, is there a way to set a Light/Dark Font color, so that the logo and navigation would also have the same style? For example, I may have a light image for my page header and would like the title, logo, and nav to be dark when using the transparent option. I think this option is available for the Nectar slider, but not the Page Header setting. Thanks!

Currently this isn’t available yet for the page header but it will be in future releases, as of now you’d need to still use a Nectar Slider if you wanted that functionality

I am making a website for a client at http://newfreed23.com/ and they have a request that I’m not sure how to handle. They have a separate, authenticated backend of the website (which is not on wordpress) that brokers can access after logging in. Right now I have a simple link in the header that goes to the log-in page, but the client would like the actual login bar (being able to enter username and password) within the header. Is this possible within the constraints of wordpress/this theme?

This doesn’t have much to do with the theme you’re using and would indeed require some custom development and depends on whether or not you could post to that login script from a simple custom form you’d make in the header.php

when you’re using the box roll header effect it wouldn’t be possible to do this, if you were just using a regular page header you could hide it all easily with css

Hi guys! Quick question re: Woocommerce in Salient. I wondered if you could tell me how to change the font size on the cart totals page.

How can I add the nectar love icon with the count the footer? I want visitors to be able to like the website and for it to be throughout the website. Eg. If someone presses the like button on the home page it should be with the same count on the other pages.

Portfolio pagenation doesnt work, and the response on support is that this is a server issue so they can’t help. And it was working until recently… big red flag for anyone using this for business.

I got the security email a few days ago as well. I downloaded the updated version of the visual composer but now half of my site isn’t working. Things are missing such as full row columns with vertical centering, testimonial slider, google maps integration. What is going on and what are you doing to fix the problem? This is a big deal here.
Actually I just fixed this, however some of my content has been deleted in the process. I ended up going into the ftp deleting the old vc files. Than going into wordpress dashboard and uploading the zip file of the salient vc composer. Works now but I have to go through and add that deleted content

We noticed that after updating from version 4.1.1 of the theme to the latest iteration that we’ve lost the ability to have text appear with video in a portfolio section in a lightbox. For example, on the site’s home page that we’re using the theme with 4.1.1 when the video is clicked and pops up there is text that appears for the name of the project, the director’s name, and an additional line of text all of which is controlled when editing that particular project. But with the latest version of the theme that control (and subsequently that text) doesn’t seem to be available. Are we missing some new setting perhaps? We messaged this same issue on your support system but never heard back.

We’re running the older version on the live site and if you scroll down to the ‘Work’ section on the home page and click on an item you’ll see the video pop-up with the text mentioned in the original comment. If we update to the latest version of the theme then that text is no longer present or something that can be controlled.
