1. if you want to change the background color of the menu, please go to Customize theme > Navigation > Mainmenu > Background Color
2. if you want to change the background color of the area holding both logo and main menu, please tell me the color you want, we will help you since it needs to be changed in the source code.

Hello home page slide doesn’t show fully on mobile version. Part of it is cut off.
That’s new style of this theme. If you want to show fully on mobile, please go to Customize theme > Slideshow > check “Scale image” http://take.ms/IpIPD

Hello. I want to verify the ownership of my shopify shop for a third party. I can do this by Copying the meta tag, and paste it into the site’s home page. How do I do it? Where can I find the homepage in the html to paste this meta tag? This is the instruction ‘It should go in the <head> section, before the first section.’ Thanks

Currently finishing building out a store on it and I was wondering if you had any insight for how to auto crop and align all image containers on collections/homepage to display at the same height and width without physically changing the product images. What’s the difference between both zip packages in the download package? rt_material2 and rt_material, both v1.2.

- rt-material.myshopify.com: rt_material.zip
- rt-material2.myshopify.com: rt_material2.zip
They will help you to config your store quickly.

Hello there, I finally purchased the theme so happy and excited. But now having very big problem and need your help asap. Unable to use it in word press platform, my hosting server is through Godaddy if that helps you to understand my problem.
Unfortunately, Material is a SHOPIFY theme, not WordPress theme, so you can not install it into Godaddy.

Shopify didn’t support multi-level categories (parent, child), so it’s impossible to have a menu like your example with Shopify Categories.
But, you can make it with Link list. However, we need customize this theme again to display multi-level link lists on the sidebar of the collection page again (at this theme only support one-level link lists).
The filters will change on different Collection page.
