You have told me that the rotation frontpage won’t work in Internet Explorer, but the flow frontpage/portfolio is not working proberly either? Alot of people using IE is telling me my website galleries is very slow with low fps, even when it’s fully loaded. It’s also very slow on my computer in IE8 , but in firefox everything is fine and smooth?

IE javascript is slow compare to other browsers and I think it’s also depend on PC performance.
I love the theme BUT I cannot get any of the contact sheets to work..
The contact page only has a “send message” button. The contact widget is complete but when you click on “send message” it goes to a blank page…
Any help would be appreciated!
Also, the font size for the page headers is too large. When I adjust the H1 size in the theme settings, nothing happens. Where can I change the size of this?

Peerapong! Great Theme man! Purchased it last night and now I’m hooked into it!
I have a couple of (probably silly) questions if you don’t mind.
1. How do I create a heading which when clicked, doesn’t go anywhere… For example. I want a heading called “Galleries”. I have Sub-Pages under this heading. So when the user hovers the mouse on “Galleries”, the list of pages under it are displayed. I only want the pages under it to be clickable. Not the “Galleries” heading itself. Same as your Core sample site… where it says SKINS then you got Light and Dark under it. You can’t click SKINS . Even if you do, nothing happens, which is what I want!!!
2. How do I add the map above my contact form? Same way as your Core sample site’s contact form?
1. When you create top level menu, you customer link option and add ”#” for URL .
2. You can use map shortcode.

core minimalist is a stunning theme! thank you so much for such a beautiful design. unfortunately, like jacenwon, i’m having difficulty figuring out how to add a gallery/portfolio to a post. jacenwon said, “I found out what the issue was. My Wordpress install was hiding the Galleries box in the menu section, so I was unable to add it to the top menu.” i have a menu with a gallery attached to it, but i still can’t figure out how to show a gallery in a post.

thank you for responding. i have read the manual index page, and it clearly explains the gallery concept, but it doesn’t explain how to put a portfolio/gallery into a post or page. i’ve checked the screen options, everything is checked, yet i don’t see a way to insert a gallery on the post/page. when i use the upload/insert media gallery, it’s the standard wordpress gallery, not your beautiful gallery [as seen on http://www.gallyapp.com/tf_themes/core_wp/?gallery=fashion-2012 ]

No, there is no need to add gallery to post/page. You can add gallery to your main menu. Please read “How to add a gallery to main menu?”
thank you again for replying. i see how it works to add a gallery to the menu, but i have several galleries and i don’t want them to all to be listed in the menu across the nav bar…can i make my galleries children of a page so they will be drop down pages of another heading? for example, the menu item would be ‘photos’, and the child pages/galleries would be listed under it when you hover.
i’ve read through all of the forum strings and have not seen this addressed. i really appreciate your diligence in helping people here. thank you.

Hi again :-{ I am also having the same problem as others here that my thumbnail images in the gallery are not showing up. I am able to see content when I go to timthumb.php, and imageFlowXML.php, and when I asked my ISP about it they said it’s a theme issue. This theme does not follow wp standards when it comes to user roles/capabilities?
The gallery, specifically Gallery Images “add new” does not work for any user role except Admin when creating a new gallery.
This must work for “Editors” and even “Authors”.

Sorry, it needs a custom modification. So you have to edit the code yourself or you can find good Wordpress freelancer on site like elance.com, odesk.com
