You have use Visual composer latest version 4.8.1 and then set portfolio in: Visual composer -> Role Manager -> post types -> custom -> set portfolio and save

Please download Ananke latest version, we new update on 10 November 2015 and find Visual Composer latest version 4.8.1 in folder plugins and delete old plugin and re-install again with new plugin.
Note: We have buy Visual Composer with Extension license and this license can’t share, if you want auto update and active plugin, you need buy it with regular license.

Hey there. I got this theme purchased by Mayank, a friend of mine, for my website. However I am facing one issue. I need to make multiple galleries (portfolios). In case I make any more it shows all the categories. Any way to choose the categories I want to show in the second or third portfolio?

Am I missing something? I am trying to edit this template and for some reason when I create new items they are stuck to the top of the page or they do not work in the same way as the rest, even when I am making an exact copy of something. could I get a little guidance please?

I’m talking about the video that loops in the background on the home page. When you shrink the browser window, the video is justified left so it doesn’t look very good. Would be nice if you could center it so it crops in the middle.

@OceanThemes I didn’t want to submit this to support because I was asking about functionality, not reporting a bug. But I did take your advice and submit a support request.
The response was basically that you would only deal with bug reports.
So is it safe to assume you cannot center the background video image and narrow screens are just going to crop to the left?

1) Is there any way to have my logo take place of the text for the “Pre-load”?
2) Is there any way to have 2 separate portfolios? I want to have one portfolio for my videos with its different categories and then a separate portfolio for my photos with it’s categories.

I purchased your theme and I encounter some problems and I want you to help me.
The main problems are in responsive design method: > On Ipad: -the stationary background images in the pages do not fit on the screen are cut off. – No video on the home page, just a still image is not resized.
> Tablets sights (s galaxy tab 10.1 and Galaxy Note 4): – No video and no images on the home page, the bottom of the screen is empty. -the stationary background images in the pages do not fit on the screen.
> Loading video on the home page, is – it possible to improve the video loading speed on startup?

On the “Services” part of the webpage when I hover over the responsive design and creative design, it does not have the same background as the other 4 images. I am not sure why that is happening
