1) – However I am unable to customize the appearance from theme options – Dashboard > Soulmedic > Appearance. I am trying to see pattern background but nothing is happening even when I select different options.

2) – We have an existing website and I am doing the customization in a Local platform. On all blog posts and several other pages, a big Photo box is appearing without any image. After this actual post starts. Can you please advise how can I disable this Featured Image.

2) If you didn’t import any featured image, then placeholder image will appear. Where you want to remove that placeholder image i.e single post or blog template page. Let us know we will help you to fix.

3) Sorry, we have not tested our theme with an 3rd party plugins other than the plugins approved by themeforest page. So we can’t guarantee for that plugin to work with our theme.

2) Update the Retina logo from Buddha panel > General > Retina Logo, so that the mobile layout shows the retina logo. The retina logo should be exactly double the size of normal logo. If your normal logo is 100×200. Then your retina logo should be 200×400.

Only issue is there is some extra space coming on these pages between the last line and the footer, which is not looking good. Is it possible to remove that as well.

Actually the problem is though you have removed the author profile, I still do not have the options to add / remove a sidebar, other options that I get in a normal page / post.

Hi Guys. You are really great…and your support is top notch…But I am wondering if there is a bug with your custom post type. There is no option to select the category. for a post type and a blank field does not look in the page. For example when you look at page, author is Admin but Category is missing. Is there any option to get around with this.

Also, ever since I have updated my theme, I am facing following issues: 1) – Featured Image Placeholders on Blog Page. Please Remove 1) – Appointment & Contact form not working. I get a sending failed message. Both these forms are based on Contact Form 7. I have checked the form properly and didn’t notice any issues. 2) Framed Toggle Style Buttons are not appearing on my Service Page. When you refresh the page, the buttons appear for a while and then disappear immediately.

However these images still appear before the posts on search page. For example if I search any term using the search box the resulting page shows all the posts with a big placeholder. Is there any way to remove this.

I have installed ssl in my website. However due to some error padlock icon is not appearing in adress bar. When I checked in whynopadlock.com it gives the following error:

when I open my site and view source for the home page, I see the following text in row number 841 – wmc-embedded-subscribe-form with a url which starts with http://

How can I change http to https in this url or remove. Where is the source file for this.

The form that you have mentioned is not from our theme. May be it comes from a external plugin. Just disable the plugins one by one to find the plugin from which the form comes from.

I changed the file wp-content/themes/soulmedic/tpl-blog.php line no 198 with h4 replaced by h2. But this only affected the titles of blog entries in the Blog page. When click Read More to a blog, the title is still of h4 size. How can I change to use h2 tag for the title in EACH blog? Thank you!

2) I can do that but the problem is I want the video to play first (and only if possible). When I add an image it opens the image (first) in the portfolio. Is there a work around for this issue? I’m sure someone else must have had this issue. Is there a way to have a (thumbnail) image in the placeholder and have it play the video first?

3) It there a way I can have the sub titles of the images under the Related Project stay as I have put them in each in their edit (Portfolio) pages? It doesn’t make sense (in my case) to have them change every time you are on a new portfolio page.

If you go to a specific portfolio item, the related items will be chosen based on the categories assigned to the portfolio items, so if the related items changes, obviously the sub titles of the changed portfolio will appear.

1) Other than reducing the font size, there is no other way since the width of that section will be still small when seen in mobile and the links will surely go to the second line.

2) You need to edit header.php file to include that links. The breadcrumbs comes from the line no: 139-144.
