My video views aren´t counted. They are standing at zero but the videos are shown so many times. When starts the counting, if a video was seen to the end or after some seconds?
Do i have to activate anything in the template backend to start the counting?

Hello! I’m getting some problems with the vertical align of icons on mobile menu version. The icons (on the left side of menu itens) are with a wrong vertical align. How can I fix it? How can I make the icons work like it does on your demo? Take a look at my site: www.tvmaceio.tv.br and resize your browser until it get the size of a mobile version. Open the menu and you will see the problem

Is there way to remove who posted (or authored the particular post) from the site or to where people can’t see it? If you go to mydubo.com and look under Featured Web Series, you’ll see one of the post and underneath the name of the person who posted it. I’d like to remove that from view. Thanks,

Hello. So far, I like everything I have seen. But I’d like to know about category, tags, custom taxonomy pages. In the Demo I just see video listings. I would probably like to customize the template for these pages to showcase content before the listing – a description, followed by some data pulled by an API and then finally the video listing itself, rather than only a video listing. Is the file hierarchy set up to do this? I know some custom themes out there like to hide the logic structure, so that it’s extremely difficult to figure out where to edit code and so the customer is stuck for paying extra for “customization,” ensuring double-pay. Just wondering if this theme works like that or not. Or is it easily-accessible so I can edit the taxonomy templates?

2> Our theme is built by the default template of WordPress, there are not any difficulties to change that.

WTI Like Post is awesome. But I don’t like that it does not update the “likes” right away (only when a page is refreshed). Does the Pro Version allow for the “like number” to update via ajax?

Hello, I need support on the True Mag video theme i just purchased. I have installed and activated the theme but i can’t set up the membership plugin and submit video function. Hello! I update truemag to 4.1.1 but now when I post a new entry, the featured image resize to imagename-370×208.jpg and my other entrys display the original featured image imagename.jpg (400×377). Im using Smart Content Box. any help? thanks in advance
